How to use this code
Smiles promo code START50
Code START50 gives 50% off your first grocery delivery order, up to AED 25, in the Smiles app by e&. We haven't found this code on an e& or Smiles page, so check the discount line before you place the order.
Where the AED 25 cap kicks in
50% of AED 50 is AED 25, so any basket above AED 50 gets the same AED 25 off:
| Basket | 50% off | You get | Real discount |
|---|---|---|---|
| AED 30 | AED 15 | AED 15 | 50% |
| AED 50 | AED 25 | AED 25 | 50% |
| AED 100 | AED 50 | AED 25 | 25% |
| AED 200 | AED 100 | AED 25 | 12.5% |
The code gives the most on a basket of around AED 50. On a big weekly shop it's AED 25 off, which is still worth having, but it's not half price.
Smiles Unlimited for the orders after
START50 covers one order. On 10 October 2026, e&'s postpaid page listed free Smiles Unlimited, with free food and grocery delivery, on selected Freedom plans. If you're on one of those plans, check that Smiles Unlimited is switched on in the app.
