Noon UAE's homepage runs a rolling set of flash deals grouped by category (Mobile deals, Laptops deals, Beauty flash deals, and others), each carrying its own countdown timer rather than a single sale end date. Discounts on individual items ranged from roughly a quarter off to over 80% off on the listings sampled, and several were already marked sold out before the timer ran down. Because the set rotates hourly and items sell out mid-window, no single discount is quoted here as representative; check the live page for what is currently running rather than relying on a percentage found elsewhere.

Price Outlook
Source: Central Bank of the UAE, Quarterly Economic Review (June 2026) · 2026 · read 7 August 2026
At this pace, an item you put off for a year costs roughly 2.3% more, which is why a marked sale month beats waiting for prices to fall.
This is the official price index for the whole market. Individual products move faster or slower than the index, and a sale beats the index either way.

Best time to buy
Noon runs its own campaigns through the year, including Yellow Friday in November, and each comes with its own terms on the campaign page. A sale price, a bank offer and a promo code usually don't combine, so compare the totals. In Egypt, searches for Noon codes peaked in November 2025, roughly double the usual month.
