What to check before you use a Namshi code.
The usual causes are items that aren't marked discountable, a total under the code's minimum, or a first-order code on an account that has ordered before. If ADA32 is refused for another reason, QAA8 gives an existing customer the same 5%, capped at 10 AED.
Each code is reviewed before it's published and removed once reports say it has stopped working. We can't confirm every code works at every moment, so check the cashback or discount line at checkout before paying.

Card refunds reach your bank in 5 to 7 business days, Tabby and Tamara refunds within 24 hours, and cash-on-delivery orders are credited to your Namshi Wallet. Before that, the returned item goes through a quality check that usually takes 4 to 5 days.

Yes, two. Namshi's own FIRST code takes 20% off a first order, capped at 75 AED, with a 100 AED minimum. It works in the Namshi app only, on items marked discountable. Code ADA32 pays a new customer 20% cashback, capped at 50 AED and credited to your noon Wallet later. On a first app order over 100 AED, FIRST is the better of the two: the same 20%, a higher cap, and money off now. ADA32 is the one to use on the website or below the minimum.
Cashback from ADA32 and QAA8 goes into your noon Wallet, 14 days after delivery, according to Namshi's help centre. It can't be moved to a bank account and can be spent on Namshi or other noon platforms. If you return or cancel part of the order, the cashback is recalculated on what you kept.
