The question was never "where's a coupon." It's "am I paying too much, right now, at this store." Paste a product link and Savooh checks the coupon that store actually honors, the price itself, and, where we have enough history, whether this is a good time to buy at all. Built first in Arabic, then in English, for shoppers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Jordan.
What the site actually does
Paste a product link and we run three checks: the coupon that actually applies at that store, the price itself, and a Price Outlook where we have enough regional history to say something honest about timing. The coupon side is old-fashioned and manual, a code is tested in a real cart before it goes live and carries the date it was last checked, and we pull it the moment it stops working. The timing side is newer, and we're upfront about what each half of it is: the Price-Drop Calendar is Savooh's own editorial estimate from known regional sale seasons, while the Price Outlook is your own market's official price figure (GASTAT in Saudi Arabia, CAPMAS in Egypt, the central bank's published forecast in the UAE), shown with the page it was read from and the day we read it. Neither one is a forecast computed from live store price data we don't have yet.
How Savooh pays for itself
Affiliate commission. You click through to a store, you buy something, the store may pay us a cut of it. Your price is identical either way: the commission comes out of the retailer's margin, not your basket. That is the only revenue Savooh has, and we say so on this page rather than a footer, because a site telling you whether to buy carries a higher bar than one just listing codes. No store pays us for a listing, no store pays us for placement, and a store that sends us nothing sits in the same ranking as one that does.
What we don't do
No account needed to use anything on the site. We don't sell personal data, we don't publish codes we haven't looked at, and we don't pass a national inflation figure off as one store's own price history: the Price Outlook names its publisher, its month and the day we read it, and where there is no published figure for your market the card does not appear at all. How codes get checked
Each code is tested before publishing and stamped with the date of that test. We don't print "verified today" on something we last touched in March. The step-by-step is on the How We Verify page.
Editorial standards
Rankings and guides aren't for sale, and commission never buys a better position. Written out in full in the Editorial Policy.
Who's behind it
Savooh is independently run and not owned by a retailer, a network, or an agency. Articles are published under a named author — our editors are Abdulaziz Hafez, Ahmed Al-Sobhi and Zeinab Hassanein — and coupons are checked by the same people. If something we published is wrong, the person who wrote it fixes it. There's no layer between you and us.
