Price Outlook
+2.3%official forecast for consumer prices this year in UAE
Source: Central Bank of the UAE, Quarterly Economic Review (June 2026) · 2026 · read 7 August 2026
At this pace, an item you put off for a year costs roughly 2.3% more, which is why a marked sale month beats waiting for prices to fall.
This is the official price index for the whole market. Individual products move faster or slower than the index, and a sale beats the index either way.

Buyer Guide
How to get the most out of V Perfumes
Reviewed by Savooh's editors · Last verified 17 days ago
V Perfumes ships every Gulf order from the UAE, which is why the rules change once an order crosses a border. A UAE order gets cash on delivery and a real refund; a Saudi or Kuwaiti order does not.
1
Outside the UAE and Oman, a return means a replacement, not a refund
Internationally shipped orders, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait included, cannot be refunded if returned, only replaced. Decide carefully before ordering something you might want your money back on rather than a swap.
2
Cash on delivery only exists in the UAE and Oman
Every other market pays upfront. A Saudi or Kuwaiti order has to be paid by card before it ships, unlike the pay-on-arrival option available closer to the Dubai warehouse.
3
The return window is short: 7 days from delivery
That clock is the same across every market V Perfumes ships to, shorter than the 14-day window common on this site — open the box and check the order as soon as it arrives.
About V Perfumes : the full picture
V Perfumes launched in 2010 and has grown into one of the larger fragrance retail chains in the UAE, with more than 50 physical stores across the Gulf on top of its online catalogue spanning brands from Gucci to independent Emirati perfume houses. Its online division marked its tenth anniversary years after the physical chain itself began, a reminder that the storefront and the delivery network grew at different speeds.
That single Dubai-based warehouse is the reason its policies differ so much by country. A UAE order ships from around the corner with cash on delivery and a real refund available; an order to Saudi Arabia or Kuwait crosses a border, gets paid for upfront, and can only be swapped rather than refunded if something goes wrong.

Shopping Tips
Before you buy at V Perfumes.
What our editors do before they buy from this store.
01
AED200 clears the delivery fee
Orders below that carry a AED10 charge — worth adding a small item to clear the threshold rather than paying it separately.
02
Cash on delivery works here, unlike most of the Gulf
The UAE and Oman are the only markets V Perfumes ships to with COD available; everywhere else pays upfront by card.
03
A UAE return actually gets refunded
Unlike an international order, a UAE return within the 7-day window is eligible for a real refund rather than a replacement only.
04
Orders ship within 3 days, arriving inside a week
That includes weekend and holiday delays — an order placed on a Thursday can expect to move the following working day.
05
Check for a UAE-exclusive fragrance house before buying an international name
The catalogue includes independent Emirati perfume brands alongside global names like Gucci — sometimes the better find at this price point is the local one.
06
Alert the annual online-anniversary sale
V Perfumes' online division runs a dedicated anniversary sale rather than discounting continuously through the year.

What to check before you use a V Perfumes code.
Reviewed before publication and removed once reports say they have stopped working. We do not claim every code is verified live at every moment, because no coupon site can honestly promise that.
The catalogue is positioned as original perfume from named brands rather than dupes or inspired-by fragrances, spanning global houses and independent Emirati labels.
