Huawei Store in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt: Delivery and Returns

Huawei's official online stores in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt each set their own delivery fee, return window and fault rules. What each one charges and allows, checked 11 October 2026.

At Savooh, he shapes the store guides, deal roundups, and discount code pages shoppers actually read, pulling in the details and structure that make a guide useful rather than another list of offers. Verification is part of the process, but the writing is what he spends most of his time on: sourced, dated facts.

Saudi Arabia: refund includes the delivery charge

Huawei's Saudi delivery policy charges SAR 12 on orders up to SAR 200 and ships free above that, through SMSA, Sunday to Thursday, with no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Some remote areas are not covered, so check yours before ordering.

The Saudi store is the only one of the three that refunds the delivery charge when you return an unopened product, except for any extra paid for a faster method. A faulty product can be returned within 48 hours of delivery or replaced within 14 days. After that, repairs go through the warranty, which the store footer lists as 24 months.

Jarir and Extra also sell Huawei phones and watches in Saudi Arabia. Compare the final price on the same model, including any gifts, before you buy from Huawei directly. The Extra store page lists its current codes.

UAE: the only store with a code

The UAE store charges AED 10 up to AED 200 and ships free above that. The AED 10 is not refunded on a return. It is also the only Huawei store with a code on Savooh: AEX31 takes 10% off for all customers, with a long list of excluded models including the Watch GT 6 and Pura 80. The details are on the Huawei UAE store page.

A faulty product is handled at a Huawei service centre in the UAE, with a refund possible within 7 days of receipt or a replacement within 14 days. Report visible delivery damage within 24 hours. Support is on 80066600.

Egypt: the longest windows

Egypt gives you 14 days to decide on an unopened product, double the other two, and 30 days to return or replace a faulty one. Huawei arranges collection of a faulty item for evaluation, and if no fault is found it is sent back to you and you may pay shipping. Damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs or non-Huawei accessories is excluded. The store footer lists a 12-month warranty, or 6 months for accessories.

Delivery is free above EGP 350, by Aramex, Saturday to Thursday. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 working days of Huawei receiving the return. The hotline is 19286, from 9 am to 9 pm daily. Store details are on the Huawei Egypt store page.

You can only order from your own country's store

None of the three stores ships across borders. The UAE store delivers within the UAE only, and the Saudi and Egypt policies both state that cross-border delivery is not supported. If you live in Riyadh, the UAE code and the UAE prices do not help you, and a product bought in Dubai and carried home is returned or repaired under the UAE store's rules.

Rules that apply in all three countries

  • Keep it sealed. A change-of-mind return needs the product unopened, in its original packaging, with all accessories and any bundled promotion items.
  • Request the return from your account. Go to Orders, choose the order, select Return and submit. Guest buyers contact Huawei through the contact page.
  • Keep proof of handover. Keep the courier's receipt in case a parcel goes missing.
  • Check your apps. Huawei phones sold since 2019 do not come with Google services. Apps come from AppGallery. Watches and earbuds work with Android and iPhone through the Huawei Health app.

If you are comparing the Huawei Store with another retailer, the product check shows the same model across stores. To shop through our link, use the Huawei Store. Savooh may earn a commission if you buy through this link; your price is the same.
