Does AEX31 work on the product you want?
AEX31 takes 10% off orders on Huawei's official UAE online store for every customer, but it skips a long list of current models, including the Watch GT 6 and GT 6 Pro, the Watch Fit 4 and Fit 4 Pro, the Pura 80 series and several FreeBuds. If your product is on that list, the code will not reduce its price. Savooh last checked the code at the end of September 2026.
The code has run since 15 October 2024 with no end date, and it works in the UAE only. Huawei's Saudi and Egypt stores have no code listed on Savooh right now. The code also appears on our Huawei UAE store page.
The full exclusion list
These are the exclusions in the code's terms, grouped by product type. Flash-sale items are excluded too.
| Type | Excluded from AEX31 |
|---|---|
| Phones | Pura 80 Ultra, Pura 80 Pro, Pura 80, Pura 70 Ultra, Pura 70 Pro, Pura 70, Mate 50 Pro, Mate 50, nova 13 Pro, nova 13, nova Y73 |
| Watches and bands | Watch GT 6 Pro, Watch GT 6, Watch Fit 4 Pro, Watch Fit 4, Band 10, Band 9 |
| Earbuds | FreeBuds 6, FreeBuds 7i, FreeBuds 6i, FreeBuds SE 3, FreeClip, FreeArc |
| Tablets | MatePad Pro 12.2, MatePad 12 X 2025, MatePad 11.5 2025, MatePad SE 11, MatePad SE 11 Kids |
Anything not on this list and not in a flash sale should take the 10%. Laptops, for example, do not appear in the exclusions. The terms also say the code may be revoked if it is left inactive for a long time, so check the discount line every time.
What to do if your product is excluded
Searches for "huawei watch gt 6" in the UAE run at about 880 a month (DataForSEO, September 2026), and that watch is one of the excluded models. If you want an excluded item:
- Compare the price elsewhere. Other UAE electronics retailers may stock the same model at a different price. The product check shows the same model across UAE stores.
- Wait for a sale. The deal calendar lists dates as retailers confirm them.
If an excluded item and a covered item are in the same cart, the 10% should apply to the covered item only. Check the order summary line by line.
What 10% is worth in a mixed cart
Because the code skips some products, the saving depends on what else is in the basket. These are worked examples, not Huawei prices.
| Cart | Covered amount | AEX31 saves |
|---|---|---|
| One covered item at AED 1,000 | AED 1,000 | AED 100 |
| Excluded watch at AED 800 plus a covered item at AED 400 | AED 400 | AED 40 |
| Only excluded or flash-sale items | AED 0 | Nothing |
Why the code can fail
- Every item in the cart is on the exclusion list or in a flash sale.
- You are on the Saudi or Egypt store, where AEX31 does not apply.
- The code has been revoked; the terms allow this after long inactivity.
How to apply AEX31
- Open Huawei's UAE store at consumer.huawei.com/ae-en and add your products.
- At checkout, enter AEX31 in the coupon field.
- Check that 10% comes off each eligible item. If an item shows no discount, it is excluded or in a flash sale.
- Check the delivery line, then pay.
Delivery: AED 200 clears the fee
Huawei's UAE delivery policy (checked 11 October 2026) charges AED 10 on orders up to AED 200 and ships free above that. Products usually ship within 1 to 2 working days with Sinotrans, delivering Monday to Friday, with no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. A few islands in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, such as The World Islands and Lulu Island, are excluded.
The AED 10 fee on a small order is not refunded if you return it. On a cart close to AED 200, look at the delivery line after the 10% comes off.
Returns and faults
On Huawei's UAE return policy (checked 11 October 2026), you have 7 days after delivery to decide on an unopened product, then 7 more days after Huawei approves the request to send it back. Huawei provides a free pickup label. The refund comes within 14 days of Huawei receiving the item and does not include shipping costs.
A faulty product is handled at a Huawei service centre in the UAE: a refund within 7 days of receipt, or a replacement within 14 days, with proof of purchase. Visible damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours. After 14 days, repairs go through the warranty.
Before you buy a Huawei phone
Huawei phones sold since 2019 do not come with Google services. Apps come from Huawei's AppGallery, so check that the apps you use daily are there. Huawei watches and earbuds work with Android phones and iPhones through the Huawei Health app.
