What to check before you use a Namshi code.
The usual causes are items that aren't marked discountable, a total under the code's minimum, or a first-order code on an account with previous orders. If ADA32 is refused for another reason, QAA8 gives an existing customer the same 5%, capped at 10 SAR.

Namshi doesn't publish a fixed number of days. The estimated date shown on each product page before checkout is the one to plan against. Next-day is available for 18 SAR on orders above 200 SAR and same-day for 24 SAR above 350 SAR.
Card refunds reach your bank in 5 to 7 business days, Tabby and Tamara refunds within 24 hours, and cash-on-delivery orders are credited to your Namshi Wallet. Before that, the returned item goes through a quality check that usually takes 4 to 5 days.
Yes, two. Namshi's own FIRST code takes 20% off a first order, capped at 75 SAR, on orders of at least 100 AED (about 102 SAR). It works in the Namshi app only, on items marked discountable. Code ADA32 pays a new customer 20% cashback, capped at 50 SAR and credited to your noon Wallet later. On a first app order above that minimum, FIRST is the better of the two: the same 20%, a higher cap, and money off now. ADA32 is the one to use on the website or on a smaller basket.
Cashback from ADA32 and QAA8 goes into your noon Wallet, 14 days after delivery, according to Namshi's help centre. It can't be moved to a bank account and can be spent on Namshi or other noon platforms such as noon.com. If you return or cancel part of the order, the cashback is recalculated on what you kept.
