How does Trendyol work in Saudi Arabia and the UAE?
Trendyol is a Turkish fashion and general marketplace founded in Istanbul in 2010, and its Gulf orders ship cross-border from Turkey. Delivery is free above 100 in local currency, returns can be requested free of charge within 15 days of receipt, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Tabby or cash on delivery. The trade-offs are delivery time and a list of categories that cannot be returned.
This guide sets out what we could confirm about each step, with the date and the source. Trendyol's English shipping page did not load for us on 11 October 2026, so the shipping and payment figures come from Savooh's check of that page on 7 August 2026. The return rules come from Trendyol's current return policy, which we read on 11 October 2026.
Who you are buying from
The Saudi version of the Trendyol site names its operator in the footer as Trendyol Arabia Trading Company, with Saudi commercial registration number 1009094278 and a Saudi VAT registration number. We read that footer on 11 October 2026. The goods themselves come from sellers on the platform, many of them Turkish manufacturers and Turkish fashion labels, which is the main reason to check Trendyol next to regional stores such as Namshi or Styli.

A 30 fee against a 100 threshold is steep. An 80 basket pays more than a third of its value again to arrive, so adding one item you need to clear 100 is usually the cheaper choice.
We do not have a sourced delivery time to quote. Because orders ship internationally, the estimate is longer than you would expect from a store with a Gulf warehouse. Check the estimate shown for your basket, and order well ahead of any fixed date such as a wedding or Eid.
Returns: 15 days, free to request
We read Trendyol's customer return policy on 11 October 2026. The main points:
- Window: 15 days from receiving the order, for a change of mind, a defective or damaged item, or a wrong item.
- Cost: all returns can be requested free of charge, whatever the size or reason.
- Condition: the item has to come back as you received it, with original packaging, manuals, warranty card and accessories. Items used in a way that affects resale can be rejected.
- Processing: after the courier collects the item, Trendyol can take up to 14 business days to receive, inspect and process it. The refund then goes to your payment method, on your bank's timing.
- Defective items: you can raise a return through Customer Support within 30 days of receipt.
One clause catches people out. If a return takes your order total below the free-delivery threshold, or below the minimum spend of a coupon you used, Trendyol takes back the waived fee or the discount from your refund. Work out what remains of the order before returning part of it.
What cannot be returned
The policy lists categories that are not returnable under any circumstances: hygiene products, cosmetics, personal care and household consumables, groceries, vitamins and pet food, digital products, and furniture sets or large items that need assembly. Phones, computers, tablets and wearables can only go back with the manufacturer seal intact. Small appliances and personal-care electronics must be unused and in full original packaging.
Product pages can carry their own return conditions, and the policy says the item page has the latest ones. Read it before you buy anything from these groups.
How a Trendyol return works
- Request the return from the order in your account, choosing the correct reason and attaching clear photos if the item is faulty.
- Once approved, generate the return label shown in Order Details.
- Pack the right item from the right order, with all its parts.
- Hand it to the courier named in the instructions, using that label. A parcel given to another courier or sent with the wrong label is rejected automatically and may be lost.
If your area is not covered by Trendyol's collection couriers, you may have to drop the parcel at a courier location yourself, using the label from your return request. If a seller rejects a return, you can object from the Returns page and Trendyol reviews the case.
Sizing
Many of Trendyol's own-brand and Turkish-manufacturer listings use Turkish sizing, which does not always map onto the EU or UK number you know. Use the size chart on the listing itself. Free returns soften a wrong size, but a replacement still has to travel from Turkey.
When to buy
White Friday in late November is Trendyol's deepest markdown in its Gulf storefronts, with the July summer clearance and Ramadan as the other shared windows. Saudi National Day in September and the Dubai Shopping Festival in January add campaigns in each market. Dates we confirm are on the deal calendar.
