Where is Gold Apple in Dubai?
Gold Apple's Dubai store is at City Centre Mirdif, and it opened in spring 2025. The UAE online store launched earlier, in late 2024, and delivers across the UAE, with express delivery in Dubai. If you want to test a product or get advice, go to Mirdif; if you know what you want and live outside east Dubai, ordering online is usually quicker.
Who is Gold Apple?
Gold Apple is a Russian beauty retailer. Two classmates, Ivan Kuzovlev and Maxim Panyak, founded it in Yekaterinburg in 1996, and it opened its first large "beauty supermarket" store there in 2004. It has grown into one of Russia's biggest beauty retailers, with more than half its sales now online.
In the Gulf, Gold Apple set up a Middle East headquarters in Dubai. The UAE seller is Gold Apple Box Cosmetic Trading L.L.C., based at One Central in Dubai World Trade Centre. Gold Apple also runs stores in Saudi Arabia, at Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, and in Qatar, at Doha Festival City. Savooh covers the UAE store.
What it sells
The range covers skincare, K-beauty, makeup, fragrance and haircare, and the current app lists more than 600 global brands. Gold Apple also works with brands such as Kérastase and Wella on gift-with-purchase offers.

The documents we read did not say whether store prices match online prices, or whether online promotions apply in Mirdif. Ask at the till, or open the app in the store and compare the shelf price with the signed-in app price before you pay.
When the Mirdif store makes sense
- You want to test a shade or a scent. Foundation, lipstick and fragrance are hard to buy blind, and the online returns rule only accepts unopened products.
- You live in or near Mirdif. A short trip beats waiting for any delivery window.
- You are buying a gift on the day. You leave with it.
When ordering online makes sense
- You know the product. A repeat purchase of a cleanser or a serum does not need a trip across the city.
- You are in Dubai and need it today. Express delivery takes 2 to 4 hours for orders placed between 9am and 9pm, paid online.
- You want the online promotions. Sign in and check the basket price; the basket shows the actual price once a promotion ends.
- You want to use points. Points can pay for up to 50% of an online order paid by card. Cash on delivery, card on delivery and Tabby orders cannot use them.
Returns for online orders
Unused, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Request it in My Orders or on WhatsApp at +971 52 773 2032. Approval takes 3 to 10 days, and the refund reaches your card within 14 days of approval. Personal items such as underwear cannot be returned, and on gift-with-purchase offers the gift has to come back with the product. Count those days in: from request to money back can take more than three weeks.

Loyalty points in both channels
Gold Apple's loyalty programme pays 5% back in points at lime level, 7% at silver and 10% at gold, based on what you spent in the last 12 months. Points can pay for up to 50% of an online order paid by card. The documents we read describe points for online orders; they do not say how points work at the Mirdif till, so ask the staff before you rely on them there.
Using both
Test the shade or scent at Mirdif and note the product name and shade number. Then check the price in the app while signed in. If it is lower there and the basket is AED 100 or more, delivery is free, and a Dubai order placed between 9am and 9pm can arrive in 2 to 4 hours. That way you get the testing from the store and the account promotions from the site.
