How much does ToYou delivery cost, and how long does it take?

ToYou does not publish a fixed delivery fee. Its terms say the charge is calculated from the distance between the pickup point and your address, plus operational factors ToYou sets, and the app shows the amount before you confirm. ToYou's FAQ gives 30 minutes to one hour for delivery, depending on how far the merchant is from you.

This guide covers what sits behind those two numbers, using ToYou's own terms and conditions, FAQ and about page, all checked on 11 October 2026.

What ToYou is

ToYou is a Saudi delivery app run by Aram Meem LLC, based in Riyadh. Its about page says it has over 27,000 merchants and is available in more than 60 cities across the Kingdom. It carries food, groceries, flowers and gifts, and its FAQ also covers courier orders that move an item from one address to another.

On Google Play, ToYou showed a rating of 4.3 from 53,154 ratings when we checked on 11 October 2026.

How the delivery charge works

Clause 15.4 of the terms ties the charge to distance and to operational factors decided by ToYou. Clause 15.3 says charges include VAT where Saudi law requires it. In practice:

  • A merchant far from your pin costs more to deliver than one nearby.
  • The charge can differ between two orders placed close together.
  • The confirmation screen is the only place the figure appears.

Some campaigns fix the delivery line instead. On 11 October 2026, ToYou's Riyadh page advertised value meals starting from SAR 19 with SAR 5 delivery, alongside free-delivery and cashback offers inside the app.

Delivery times

The FAQ's estimate is 30 minutes to one hour, and it links the time to the distance between the merchant and your drop-off point. That is the same factor that drives the charge, so a nearer merchant is usually both quicker and cheaper to deliver from.

If an order is late, the FAQ tells you to contact customer support, which runs 24/7 through the chat in the app. ToYou's site does not list a customer phone number or email for this.

Elite and ToMart

Elite is ToYou's premium restaurant service. Its Elite page describes dishes from high-end and international restaurants, a branded fleet, triple-insulated bags, representatives trained in fine dining, and a dedicated call centre. The page lists no prices or fees, so the app is where you see what Elite adds to an order.

ToMart is ToYou's grocery section. The Riyadh page lists more than 7,000 items and advertised up to 50% off groceries when we checked.

Paying for an order

The FAQ lists cash on delivery, Visa or Mastercard issued in Saudi Arabia, Apple Pay, the ToYou Wallet, and pay-later through Tabby and Tamara. The about page adds stc Bank.

Once the order is placed, you cannot change the payment method, except to switch to cash. If you plan to split the cost with Tabby or Tamara, choose it before you confirm.

Changing, cancelling and refunds

These are the rules that cost people money, so they are worth knowing before you order.

SituationWhat ToYou's documents say
Changing a food or shop orderNot possible once the merchant accepts it. You can place a second order (FAQ).
Changing a courier orderPossible until the representative reaches the pickup point, through customer support (FAQ).
CancellingYou can cancel before a service provider accepts the request; a cancellation fee may be charged (clause 15.10).
Refund after cancellingYou choose the original payment method or the ToYou Wallet (clause 15.10).
Refunds in generalCharges are final and non-refundable unless ToYou decides otherwise (clause 15.3).
Wallet creditPrepaid balance is removed when it expires, and account credits expire within a set period (clauses 12.3 and 12.5).

Two practical points follow. Check the basket before you confirm, because the window for changes closes when the merchant accepts. And if you take a refund to the wallet, spend it before it expires.

Cutting the delivery charge

A new ToYou account comes with 30 days of free delivery and SAR 10 of wallet credit, according to the app's Google Play listing on 11 October 2026. The Riyadh page was also advertising a one-year subscription for SAR 9 with unlimited free delivery from select merchants, for a limited time. For a single order, our ToYou Saudi Arabia page lists code TKF18, which removes the delivery charge on baskets of SAR 69 or more.

If you use more than one delivery app, compare the delivery line on the same basket before ordering. HungerStation and Talabat also have pages on Savooh, and our deal calendar shows when the big Saudi campaign weeks fall.
