The new-user promo code
Gold Apple's homepage was advertising a promo code for new users worth up to 25% when our editors checked. "Up to" means the percentage can be lower on what you buy, so read the discount line at checkout before you pay. The code is Gold Apple's own offer; Savooh has not listed it as a tested code.
Use it on your largest planned order. A first-order discount spent on a small basket is gone for good.

Points can pay for up to 50% of an online order, but only when the order is paid online by card. Orders paid cash on delivery, by card on delivery or with Tabby cannot use points. If you plan to spend points, pay by card online.
At the lime level, a AED 400 order earns points worth 5%, or AED 20. That is small on one order and adds up if Gold Apple is where you buy skincare every month.
Delivery: AED 100 is the line
- Orders from AED 100 ship free.
- Orders under AED 100 pay AED 10 per delivery.
- If Gold Apple splits an order into several deliveries, the AED 100 threshold applies to the whole order.
- Dubai orders placed between 9am and 9pm can arrive in 2 to 4 hours with express delivery, which has to be paid online.
A AED 90 basket with AED 10 delivery costs the same as a AED 100 basket delivered free. Add the moisturiser you were going to buy next month.
Gift-with-purchase offers
Gold Apple runs gift-with-purchase campaigns with brands such as Kérastase and Wella, plus special-price weeks. Read the return rule before you build a basket around a gift: on these offers, the gift has to come back with the product for a refund. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and products must be unused and unopened. So do not open the gift until you are sure you are keeping the main product.
Paying: card, cash or Tabby
Gold Apple UAE takes card online, cash on delivery, card on delivery and Tabby instalments. Each choice has a cost in this store: cash, card on delivery and Tabby cannot use points, and express delivery requires online payment. Card online keeps every option open.

Approval takes 3 to 10 days, and the refund reaches your card within 14 days of approval. Personal items such as underwear cannot be returned. For a promotion you bought into, that means keeping the outer seal, the box and any gift intact until you have decided.
