Price Outlook

+2.3%official forecast for consumer prices this year in UAE

Source: Central Bank of the UAE, Quarterly Economic Review (June 2026) · 2026 · read 7 August 2026

At this pace, an item you put off for a year costs roughly 2.3% more, which is why a marked sale month beats waiting for prices to fall.

This is the official price index for the whole market. Individual products move faster or slower than the index, and a sale beats the index either way.

About Vonto : the full picture

Vonto was founded by Nasser and Mansoor AlQubaisi as a Dubai luxury house for high-end leather goods. Its design language uses geometric lines and a palette of pine greens and browns taken from UAE vegetation, mountains and deserts, and every piece carries the embossed Vonto pattern. The brand has run collaborations with Level Shoes, Galeries Lafayette and Floward.

On 18 October 2026 vonto.ae listed totes from AED 320 to AED 2,650, crossbody bags from AED 720, duffel bags from AED 1,500 to AED 3,000, and cabin bags from AED 2,750 up to AED 4,250 for the Dubai Skyline design. Card holders started at AED 480, bag tags at AED 310, and the four Vonto perfumes cost AED 485 each. Customers can also order bags with hand-drawn artwork, and Vonto shares a photo of the drawing for approval before dispatch.

Orders are quality-checked and packed within 3 to 5 working days and delivered free inside the UAE by a local courier. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery, for unused items in the original packaging, and the customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Refunds take 7 to 10 business days after inspection.
