Where to buy DKNY bags online in Saudi Arabia and the UAE
DKNY sells bags in the Gulf through its own regional stores, dkny.sa for Saudi Arabia and dkny.ae for the UAE, both run by Alyasra Fashion. When we checked in October 2026, the median bag cost about SAR 775 on the Saudi site and about AED 650 on the UAE site, so most bags clear the 370 free-delivery threshold on their own. The biggest difference between the two stores is the refund: Saudi card payments go back to your card, while the UAE store refunds as a credit note.
DKNY is the New York label Donna Karan launched in 1989. G-III Apparel Group has owned it since buying Donna Karan International from LVMH in 2016. In the Gulf, the brand is sold by Alyasra Fashion, a Kuwaiti retailer founded in 1993, which also runs dkny.com.kw for Kuwait. The three sites share one support desk but set their own prices, fees and refund rules.

Because the sale share is high, open the sale section before you pay full price for a bag. In the UAE close to a third of the bags were reduced when we looked, which makes the sale section the first place to start.
Why the refund rule matters more for a bag
A bag is the kind of purchase people often send back: the colour looks different in daylight, or the size is smaller than the photos suggest. How the money comes back depends on the country.
Saudi Arabia: refund to your card
On dkny.sa, a return within 14 days of delivery that was paid by card is refunded to your bank account at the full price of the returned items, with no restocking fee. Most refunds are processed the day the return arrives, and the money can take up to 14 days to show. The delivery fee, if you paid one, is not refunded.
UAE: refund as a credit note
On dkny.ae, a return within 14 days is refunded as a credit note that you spend at a DKNY store. No money goes back to your card. Exchanges are available. If you are unsure about a colour or size, a credit note means the money stays with DKNY, so look at the product photos and measurements carefully before you order.
Both stores
The bag must be unworn and come back with its original box, instructions, guarantee card and any extras. Keep the dust bag and tags until you are sure. A courier pickup costs money in both countries, and taking the bag to a DKNY store with a printed order confirmation avoids the fee.
How to tell you are buying from the official store
dkny.sa and dkny.ae are run by Alyasra Fashion, the company that sells DKNY in the Gulf, and the support email on both shipping pages is help@cs.alyasra.com. Saudi support is on +966 11 821 1799 and UAE support on +971 4 214 7999. If you buy a DKNY bag from a marketplace or another retailer, check who the seller is and read that seller's return rule, because DKNY's Gulf refund terms apply only to its own stores.

In the UAE, the main ones are the Dubai Shopping Festival in January and White Friday in November. DKNY does not publish its own sale dates, so check the sale section in those weeks and compare against the prices you noted earlier.
