Beyond The Beach is a multi-brand store run by Al Boom Marine, which has distributed watersports and lifestyle brands in the UAE since 1987. On 11 October 2026 its brands page listed 47, Billabong, Bliz, DC Shoes, Element, Hurley, Insta360, Oakley, Quiksilver, Ray-Ban, Reebok, Rip Curl, Roxy, Seafolly and Tommy Bahama.
Delivery: AED 15 below the line, free above it
The shipping page sets a delivery fee of AED 15 on orders below AED 250 and free delivery above AED 250, to addresses in the UAE, with an estimate of four working days. There is no same-day option listed.
If your basket is AED 220, the AED 15 fee is close to 7% of the order. Adding a cap or a pair of socks you would buy anyway can cost about the same and leaves you with something to show for it. If you need nothing else, pay the fee; buying things you do not want to save AED 15 is a loss.
Yalla rewards: 1% back, with an expiry
Beyond The Beach runs a loyalty programme called Yalla Beyond Rewards. Its terms (checked 11 October 2026) state:
- You earn 1 point for each AED 1 spent on eligible purchases, online or in store. Taxes, shipping and non-eligible items do not earn points.
- 100 points are worth AED 1, so the return is 1% of eligible spend.
- New members receive 500 points on enrolment, worth AED 5.
- Points expire 365 days after the purchase that earned them.
- Points are not earned on promotional gift voucher amounts, and redeemed points are not returned if you refund or exchange the purchase.
The AED 5 welcome bonus is the part that matters on a first order. Join before checkout so it is in your account. Two points in the terms contradict each other: one section says points combine with other discounts unless a promotion says otherwise, while the FAQ says they do not combine unless the promotion allows it. The terms also differ on whether sale items earn points on the full or discounted price. If either affects your order, ask the store before relying on it.
Pay later: Tabby and Tamara
The homepage and the FAQ page show Tabby and Tamara as pay-later options, alongside Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and cash on delivery. The FAQ does not describe the instalment terms, so read the split shown by Tabby or Tamara at checkout. One payment detail matters for refunds: the store pays back cash-on-delivery orders as store credit, so paying by card keeps your options open if you might return something.
The sale section, and what you give up
When we checked the homepage on 11 October 2026, it carried a sale banner for 25% to 50% off, and individual items were marked down, including Seafolly swimwear and Oakley sunglasses. Sale prices are real savings, but the returns page sets limits on them:

A note on refunds: the store's pages disagree
The FAQ page says card refunds are issued minus AED 15 for shipping, and cash-on-delivery refunds come as a store coupon valid for 15 days. The returns page, checked the same day, says the full amount is refunded once items meet the criteria, and that cash-on-delivery store credit is valid for six months.
