Before you buy, check the return rule for the product type: unworn clothing has 14 days, swimwear only goes back with the hygiene sticker intact, and cameras and clearance items are final. This guide was checked against the store's pages on 11 October 2026.

The store's brands page listed 15 brands on 11 October 2026:

The brand list changes. Earlier store descriptions also mentioned RVCA, which was not on the brands page when we checked, and the homepage logo strip showed Brooks. If you are after one brand, search the site for it before assuming stock.
Because one distributor runs the store, the same delivery and return rules apply across every brand. A Rip Curl boardshort and an Oakley frame in one basket count towards the same AED 250 free-delivery threshold set on the shipping page.
Return rules by product type
The returns and refunds page gives 14 days from delivery, one return and one exchange per order. What changes is the condition each product must be in:
Clothing and boardshorts
Unworn, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Courier bags and delivery boxes do not need to be returned.
Swimwear and intimates
Returnable only if the hygiene sticker or protective plastic is still intact. Try swimwear on over underwear and leave the sticker in place until you are sure. The FAQ page goes further and says swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged at all, so treat the sticker rule as the best case.
Footwear
Must come back in the original branded shoe box. Keep the box until you have worn the shoes indoors and checked the fit.
Sunglasses
Sunglasses follow the general rule for unworn items with tags and packaging. Keep the case, cloth and any tags. Meta AI Glasses are treated as tech, which is covered below.
Cameras, Meta AI Glasses and tech
Not returnable unless the item is defective or the store made an error. A faulty camera is inspected by the store or an authorised service centre before any refund. Return it with all accessories, components and manuals.
Clearance and Buy 2 Get 1 Free
Clearance items cannot be returned for any reason. Orders under the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Sizing before you order
The FAQ page says standard size charts are available on the site. Each brand sizes differently, so read the chart on the product page for that brand. Support answers sizing questions by phone on 04 289 4858 from 8 am to 5 pm, which is quicker than guessing on a final-sale swimsuit.
Refunds: two pages, two answers
This is the part we could not settle. On 11 October 2026 the store's pages said different things:

Plan for the stricter version: assume AED 15 may come off and that cash-on-delivery credit may expire within 15 days. Paying by card avoids the store-credit question. If it matters, email contact@beyondthebeach.com before you order and keep the reply.
Exchanges work like this on the returns page: a cheaper replacement leaves the difference as online store credit, and the replacement is sent within two to three working days after the store receives the return. An exchanged item cannot be returned or exchanged again unless it has a manufacturing defect.
How to start a return
- Log in to your Beyond The Beach account.
- Open My Orders and choose View on the order.
- Submit the return request. If the item is eligible, the store arranges pickup.
