The biggest saving at VogaCloset comes from putting everything in one order, because shipping is a flat fee per order: 43 SAR in Saudi Arabia, 32 AED in the UAE and 4 KWD in Kuwait. Then add a code. AOO is listed at 20% for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar, and 4ZBI goes up to 30% on larger orders above about SAR 800 or AED 700. Returns cost a fee that comes out of your refund, so buy with that in mind.
The two codes and what their listings say
| Code | Listed discount | Written terms | Countries |
|---|---|---|---|
| AOO | 20% (title says 20% to 80%) | None published | Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar |
| 4ZBI | Up to 30% | Up to 30% on higher-value orders above AED 700 / SAR 800, depending on the market; Egypt offers may range from 2% to 4%; eligibility varies by country and order | Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain |
Both codes are listed on our VogaCloset page for Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and Egypt. Our editors last checked them on 3 October 2026. Neither has an expiry date in its listing.
Read the AOO title with care. "20% to 80%" describes a range, and the listing's own value is 20%. With no written terms, treat 20% as the figure to expect and let the checkout show you the real amount.
Which code to use
- Smaller basket: try AOO first. 4ZBI's higher rate is tied to orders above roughly SAR 800 or AED 700.
- Larger basket above the threshold: try 4ZBI, then AOO, and keep whichever takes more off.
- Egypt: only 4ZBI lists Egypt, and its terms say Egyptian offers may range from 2% to 4%. Expect a small discount.
- Bahrain and Qatar: 4ZBI lists Bahrain, AOO lists Qatar.
VogaCloset's payment and promotions page says you enter a promotion code in the promo code section at checkout. Some product cards on the site also show a promotional code label set by VogaCloset itself. If one appears on the item you want, compare it with AOO and 4ZBI at checkout.

Shipping: one fee per order, so combine
VogaCloset ships every order from its UK warehouse by express courier. Its shipping pages, checked 11 October 2026, give a flat rate per order whatever the number of items:
| Country | Shipping per order | Tax already in the price | Cash on delivery available for orders below |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | 43 SAR | 15% VAT | 2,215 SAR |
| UAE | 32 AED | 5% VAT | 2,050 AED |
| Kuwait | 4 KWD | 5% duty | 175 KWD |
Sources: Saudi, UAE and Kuwait shipping pages, plus the payment pages for each country. VogaCloset says it covers international transport and clearance from the UK, and that for orders above the high-value threshold, customs duties and fees are calculated at checkout, with nothing to pay on delivery. If a courier asks you for money at the door, the store asks you to contact it.
There is no free shipping threshold, so two orders of 200 SAR pay 86 SAR in shipping where one order of 400 SAR pays 43 SAR. If you are close to 800 SAR, combining also brings 4ZBI's higher rate into reach.
Return costs to price in
VogaCloset gives 14 days from receiving an order to request and send a return. It does not offer exchanges. A return costs:
- Saudi Arabia: SAR 16, deducted from the refund. Drop-off at the nearest SMSA branch; there is no home collection.
- UAE: AED 16, deducted from the refund. Home collection or drop-off at an Aramex branch.
- Kuwait: KWD 1, deducted from the refund, with home collection.
The shipping fee and any duties are not refunded. Beauty products, lingerie, briefs, swimwear and pierced jewellery such as earrings cannot be returned. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show. Card payments go back to the card, PayPal, Tabby and Tamara to those accounts, and cash on delivery orders become store credit, or a coupon code if you checked out as a guest. All of this is on the returns and refunds page, checked 11 October 2026.
Since there are no exchanges, a wrong size means a paid return plus a new order with its own shipping fee. That makes a careful size check part of the saving.
When to buy
VogaCloset's seasonal sales are worth planning around: Ramadan, end-of-season clearance in June, Saudi National Day in September and White Friday in late November. Save your list for one of those windows and place it as a single order, so the flat shipping fee is paid once. Our deal calendar shows the dates, and product check helps when the same brand is on Namshi or Styli.
