The catch is the cost of getting it wrong. Orders ship from the UK, VogaCloset does not exchange sizes, and every return carries a fee taken from your refund. Choose the size with care and buy once.
How the dress section is organised
The dresses category has five filters at the top: Evening, Party, Day, Modest and Designer Inspired. On the day we checked, the first page mixed brands such as Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing, Club L London, A Design Fashion and Leely, with prices from under 100 SAR to above 1,000 SAR before discounts. Many cards carried a discount percentage and a promotional code label set by VogaCloset.
For occasion wear, start with Evening or Party and sort by price. For longer sleeves and fuller cuts, the Modest filter saves time. Designer Inspired groups styles that echo runway looks at lower prices; read the brand on the card so you know whose sizing you are dealing with.
Sizing: why it matters more here
VogaCloset's returns page says plainly that it does not offer exchanges. If a dress is too small, you return it and place a new order, which means a return fee and a second shipping fee. Brands on the site are mostly UK and international labels, and each uses its own size chart, so a size 10 in one brand and a size 10 in another can fit differently.
- Open the size information on the product page and compare it with the measurements of a dress you own that fits well.
- Check the fabric. Stretch fabrics forgive a size difference that a structured or sequinned dress does not.
- If you are between sizes, ordering both in one order costs one shipping fee, and you return the one that does not fit for a single return fee.
Colour is the other common reason for returns. VogaCloset notes that screens display colours differently and that it cannot guarantee your screen shows them accurately.

Return rules that catch dress orders
You have 14 days from receiving the order to request a return and send it back. The dress must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached. VogaCloset says returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, or that are missing items that came with them such as belts, authenticity cards or dust bags, may not be accepted. Keep the belt, slip or bag a dress arrives with until you are sure it stays.
Some things never go back: lingerie, briefs, swimwear, beauty products and pierced jewellery such as earrings. If you add matching earrings to a dress order, they are final.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear. Card payments return to the card, PayPal, Tabby and Tamara to those accounts, and cash on delivery orders turn into store credit, or a coupon code for guest checkouts.
Pay in a way that suits a possible return
How you pay decides what a return gives back. VogaCloset refunds a card payment to the card, and PayPal, Tabby and Tamara payments to those accounts. A cash on delivery order is refunded as store credit if you checked out with an account, or as a coupon code if you checked out as a guest, and the store says it cannot return the value in cash. If there is a real chance the dress goes back, paying by card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Tabby or Tamara keeps the refund as money.
Cash on delivery also has an upper limit. VogaCloset's payment pages offer it for orders below 2,215 SAR in Saudi Arabia, 2,050 AED in the UAE and 175 KWD in Kuwait. In Saudi Arabia the accepted methods are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara; the UAE page lists Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Tamara and Tabby.
Paying less for the dress
Two codes are listed on our VogaCloset page for Saudi Arabia and UAE page: AOO, listed at 20%, and 4ZBI, up to 30% on higher-value orders above SAR 800 or AED 700. Since shipping is flat per order, a single larger dress order makes the most of both the shipping and the code. Ramadan, June clearance, Saudi National Day and White Friday are VogaCloset's main sale windows; check the deal calendar before an occasion that is still weeks away.
