What does ToYou code TKF18 give you?
TKF18 gives free delivery on a ToYou order in Saudi Arabia when your basket is worth at least SAR 69. It is open to new and returning customers. It removes the delivery charge only: the restaurant or shop sets the item prices, and the code does not change them.

What the delivery charge is, and why the saving varies
ToYou does not publish a fixed delivery fee. Clause 15.4 of the ToYou terms and conditions (checked 11 October 2026) says charges are calculated from several factors, including the distance between the pickup point and your drop-off address, plus operational factors ToYou decides. The figure in your cart is the only one that exists for that order.
That has a practical result. A free-delivery code is worth more on an order from a merchant far from you, and less on one around the corner. Two orders placed minutes apart can carry different charges, so the value of TKF18 changes from order to order.
Clause 15.3 adds that charges include VAT where Saudi law requires it, and clause 11.3 says a discount shown in the app is an estimate, with the final amount depending on factors ToYou determines. The total on the confirmation screen is the number to check.
How to use TKF18
- Open the ToYou app and set your drop-off address.
- Choose a merchant and fill your basket to at least SAR 69. Some services also have their own minimum order, shown in the app.
- Enter TKF18 in the promo code field at checkout.
- Check that the delivery line shows zero before you confirm.
- Choose payment and place the order.
Why a ToYou code stops working
ToYou's terms cover this in writing. Clause 11.2 says a promotional code may be disabled by ToYou at any time for any reason, and may expire before you use it. It also says codes must be used by their intended audience and must not be sold, transferred or made available to the general public. Codes that travel widely are the ones most likely to be switched off.
The everyday reasons are simpler. Your basket may be under SAR 69 once an item goes out of stock. You may be on a merchant with its own minimum order. Or a campaign offer from ToYou may already be on the order. Enter TKF18 early, before you spend time building the basket around it.
Other ways to get free delivery on ToYou
A code is the smallest of the free-delivery routes, because it covers one order. These are the others we could confirm on 11 October 2026.

The annual subscription offer was on ToYou's Riyadh page when we checked, next to cashback and free-delivery campaigns that run through the app. If you order more than a couple of times a year from the merchants it covers, it is the cheapest route in the table. Wallet credit has a time limit. Clause 12.5 of the terms says account credits expire within a specific period, so use the new-account credit early.
Paying, and what stacks
ToYou accepts cash on delivery, Saudi-issued Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, the ToYou Wallet, and pay-later through Tabby and Tamara, according to its FAQ. You cannot change the payment method after ordering, except to switch to cash.
Free delivery from TKF18 sits on the delivery line, and merchant discounts sit on the item prices, so the two can appear on the same order. Whether TKF18 combines with another ToYou promo code is not stated in the terms.
If you need to cancel an order placed with the code
The ToYou FAQ says an order cannot be changed once the merchant accepts it; you can place a second order instead. Clause 15.10 of the terms lets you cancel before a service provider accepts the request, and says a cancellation fee may be charged. If a refund follows, you choose between the original payment method and the ToYou Wallet. A code used on a cancelled order is not mentioned in the terms, so do not count on getting it back.
