The delivery fee matters more here than at many stores because The Deal does not refund it. Both return pages say original shipping charges, customs fees and taxes are non-refundable. If you order at 230 SAR and send everything back, the 30 SAR stays paid. Two points to watch:
- Check whether the 249 line is measured before or after DZ42 comes off. The pages do not say, so look at the delivery line on the checkout page after you apply the code.
- Avoid padding the basket with something you plan to return to reach 249, since the item still has to meet the return conditions.
Pay by card if a return is possible
The refund method depends on how you paid. According to the UAE returns page and Saudi returns page (checked 11 October 2026):
- Visa and Mastercard payments are refunded to the original card.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as Online Store Credit, usable only on thedealoutlet.com. The delivery pages say COD refunds are made by bank transfer, so the two pages disagree. Ask customer care before you rely on either.
- Guest checkouts need an account to receive store credit.
- Orders paid with more than one method, such as card plus store credit, are refunded as store credit only.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of the item reaching the warehouse, and your bank may take longer to post it.
A worked example
Take a 300 SAR basket on the Saudi site. DZ42 takes 30 SAR off. If the free-delivery line is measured after the discount, the basket is 270 SAR and delivery stays free. A 260 SAR basket drops to 234 SAR after the code, and there a 30 SAR fee could appear, more than the 26 SAR the code saved. Check the delivery line after applying the code.
Why DZ42 might not apply
- Typing. DZ42 is two letters and two numbers.
- Wrong channel. The code is for online orders. Our listing does not cover The Deal's physical stores.
- The code has been withdrawn. The terms allow that after a long period without use. We update the listing when reports come in; how we check codes explains our dates.
- An item is excluded. If 10% shows on some items only, the others are outside the code.
Before you check out
- Watch for LAST CHANCE. Items marked LAST CHANCE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even inside the 14-day window.
- Know what else is final sale. Underwear, lingerie, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned, and beauty, skincare and haircare cannot be returned once opened.
- Compare the price. The Deal sells past-season stock from brands such as Gucci, Versace, Lacoste, Tory Burch and Michael Kors. If the same item is on another site, paste the link into Savooh's product check.

The Deal has not published a sale calendar, and its stock changes as past-season pieces arrive and popular sizes sell out.
