The Deal Outlet is the off-price store of Chalhoub Group, the Dubai-based retailer that distributes brands such as Gucci, Versace, Lacoste, Tory Burch and Michael Kors across the Gulf. It sells their past-season and surplus stock online in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and in its own outlet stores. Online orders can be returned free within 14 days, but several categories are final sale from the start.
Who runs The Deal
Chalhoub Group began in Damascus in 1955, when Michel and Widad Chalhoub opened a Christofle boutique. It moved its headquarters to Dubai in 1990 and now works with more than 300 international brands across 14 countries.
Every distributor ends up with stock that no longer fits the full-price shelf: last season's colours, sizes that did not sell, surplus units. The Deal is where Chalhoub sells that stock. Because Chalhoub distributes these brands in the region, the pieces come from the same supply as its full-price stores.
Is the stock authentic?
The Deal is run by the brands' own regional distributor, which is a strong signal on authenticity. What changes at an outlet is the season and the range: you get what is left, so popular sizes and colours sell out, and stock turns over as new past-season pieces arrive.
Two practical checks still help. First, compare the price. If the same item is listed elsewhere, paste the link into Savooh's product check. Second, read the item label for LAST CHANCE before you buy, because that changes your return rights.
What you cannot return
Both country return pages, checked 11 October 2026, list the same exclusions:
- Underwear, lingerie, swimwear and earrings, for hygiene reasons.
- Beauty, skincare, cosmetics and haircare products once opened, removed from their packaging or with the outer plastic taken off.
- Altered or worn items.
- Anything marked LAST CHANCE, which cannot be returned or exchanged at all.

Sources: UAE return and refund policy, Saudi return and refund policy, both checked 11 October 2026. The Saudi page lists more than one WhatsApp number in different places, so confirm the number with the toll-free line if a message goes unanswered.
After you request a return, a courier collects the item from your address. You get an email once the return is processed, and your bank may take extra days to show the refund.
Condition and packaging
- Unused, with designer tags and accessories attached.
- In the original box and packaging, sent back in the thedealoutlet.com packaging the order came in.
- With the original invoice, and keep all documents until the refund lands.
The site may refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
The shoe rule
Both pages say shoes should be tried on a clean, carpeted surface before wear. The Saudi page adds that the shoe box counts as part of the product, and a damaged box may get the return refused. Try new shoes on a rug and open the box carefully.
Refunds: what comes back and how
- Card payments go back to the original Visa or Mastercard.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as Online Store Credit, usable only on thedealoutlet.com and not in the stores. The delivery pages mention bank transfer for COD refunds, so confirm with customer care.
- Orders paid with more than one method are refunded as store credit only.
- Original shipping charges, customs fees and taxes are not refunded.
Because the delivery fee stays paid, reaching the 249 AED or 249 SAR free-delivery line matters when there is any chance of a return.
Cancelling before delivery
Call customer care or message on WhatsApp. If the order has not been processed, The Deal will try to cancel it. If it has, the cancellation is handled as a return.
Saving on top of outlet prices
Code DZ42 takes a further 10% off online orders for all customers in both countries. Terms, delivery fees and a worked example are in our DZ42 savings guide, and the live listing is on The Deal Outlet UAE page and Saudi page.
Savooh may earn a commission if you buy through this link; your price is the same. Open The Deal Outlet UAE.
