Before you order a dress on Styli, check four things: whether it carries a Global label, whether your basket reaches free delivery, whether the dress is returnable, and whether a code or a sale gives the lower price. Dresses are the category Saudi shoppers search most alongside Styli's name, and most disappointments come from fit and from fees the shelf price does not show. This guide uses Styli's help centre, checked 11 October 2026.
1. Look for the Global label
Styli ships some products from outside the GCC. Its help centre says these carry a "Global" label on the product page, in the cart and in the order details. Global shipments usually take longer than express orders because of international shipping and customs clearance, and the projected arrival date appears on the listing and at checkout.
For a dress you need by a set date, such as an Eid outfit or a wedding, read that projected date before you pay. Import fees may apply to deliveries to the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman, and Styli says they are non-refundable.

Source: Styli delivery charges. The threshold applies per shipment. A single dress under 150 SAR in Saudi Arabia pays the 12 SAR fee, plus another 12 SAR if you choose cash on delivery. Paying by card, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara removes the second fee. Keep in mind that Styli does not refund delivery or cash on delivery fees when you return an item.
3. Read the return rules for dresses
Most dresses fall under the standard policy: 14 days from delivery, unused, tags attached, original packaging, and security tags intact. The first return on an order is free. Styli's return policy excludes a few categories that often sit next to dresses in a basket:
- innerwear, briefs and shapewear bottoms
- swimwear and face masks
- beauty products
- items marked with a non-returnable icon on the product page
- selected items during sale or promotional periods
The last point is the one to watch on a sale dress. Look for the icon before you order, because a dress that does not fit cannot go back if it was sold as final.
In Saudi Arabia you can also drop a return at a selected courier branch instead of waiting for a pickup. Refunds reach a non-mada card in 5 to 7 days, a mada card in up to 14 to 21 days, and Tabby or Tamara usually within 24 hours. Cash on delivery orders are refunded as Styli credit.
4. Plan for fit
Styli's help centre has no article on sizing or exchanges, so plan around the return policy. Read the measurements on the product page where they are shown, and compare them with a dress you already own that fits. If you are between two sizes, ordering both in one shipment means one delivery fee, and the first return on that order is free. That only works if neither size is marked non-returnable.
Pay in a way that suits a possible return
If there is a real chance the dress goes back, the payment method decides how fast you see the money again. Styli's refund article gives these timings: Tabby and Tamara usually within 24 hours, a non-mada card in 5 to 7 days, and a mada card in up to 14 to 21 days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded as Styli credit, which you can only spend on Styli, and they also carry the 12 SAR or 12 AED cash on delivery fee that is not refunded.
So for a two-size order or an outfit you are unsure about, a card, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara is the cleaner choice. Styli Cash can cover up to 50% of an order, and if you pay part of an order with Styli credit, that part comes back as credit and the rest goes to your original payment method. 5. Code or sale price
The D38 code listed on our Styli page for Saudi Arabia and Styli page for the UAE gives new users 30% off full-price items and 15% off discounted ones, and existing users 15% and 10%, with a maximum discount of 50 SAR or AED. On a full-price dress the code is usually worth more. On a dress already marked down, compare the sale price plus the smaller code rate with any Buy 1 Get 1 offer, which Styli applies automatically to the lower-priced item in each qualifying pair.
