Whoever you are, the discount stops at 50 SAR in Saudi Arabia or 50 AED in the UAE. Beauty products are excluded from every Styli code, so take them out of the sum before you work out what you save.

The code's country list covers Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, and the terms add that availability may vary by country and product.
When the 50 cap starts to bite
The cap changes which basket size makes sense. A new user buying only full-price items reaches the 50 limit at a basket of about 167 SAR or AED (30% of 167 is 50). Anything above that saves nothing extra. An existing user at 15% reaches the cap at about 333.
- New user, 150 SAR of full-price dresses: 45 SAR off.
- New user, 300 SAR of full-price items: 50 SAR off, the cap, which is about 17% of the basket.
- Existing user, 200 SAR of full-price items: 30 SAR off.
If your basket is well above the cap, splitting it into two orders only helps when both orders qualify for the code, and existing-user rates would apply to the second one. Check the delivery fee on each half before you split.
What the code does not cover
Styli's coupon terms page, checked 11 October 2026, says beauty products are not eligible for any discount code or voucher. The same page excludes kids and a list of named brands from the codes it describes, so if a kids item or a specific brand gets no discount, that is the likely reason. It also says the discounted amount is non-refundable: if you return an item, you get back the amount you paid for it after the discount.
Buy 1 Get 1 offers work without a code. Styli's help article says the lower-priced item in each qualifying pair is discounted automatically at checkout. The article does not say whether D38 can be added on top, so compare the two totals and keep the lower one.
How to apply D38
- Sign in to Styli on the app or the site for your country. New-user rates depend on Styli recognising you as a new customer.
- Add your items and open the bag.
- Enter D38 in the coupon field and apply it.
- Check the discount line. If it is lower than you expected, look for beauty items, kids items or sale items charged at the lower rate.

Fees that eat into the saving

The threshold applies per shipment. A 30% code can pull a Saudi basket of 180 SAR below 150, so check whether the free delivery threshold is measured before or after the discount by watching the delivery line after you apply D38. Paying by card, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara avoids the cash on delivery fee. Shukran points can also be redeemed at checkout, and Styli Cash can cover up to 50% of an order.
Returning a coded order
Styli gives 14 days from delivery to return eligible items, unused, with tags and original packaging. The first return on an order is free. Shipping fees, cash on delivery fees and import fees are not refunded. Innerwear, briefs, swimwear, shapewear bottoms, face masks, beauty products and items marked as non-returnable cannot go back, and selected items may be excluded during sales.
Refund timing depends on how you paid: 5 to 7 days for a non-mada card, up to 14 to 21 days for a mada card, usually within 24 hours for Tabby and Tamara, and Styli credit for cash on delivery orders, according to Styli's refund article.
When Styli discounts deeper than D38
White Friday in late November is Styli's deepest sitewide markdown, with Ramadan and the summer clearance as two more windows. Saudi National Day in September and Dubai Shopping Festival in January add market campaigns. During a sale, D38 drops to its lower rate on discounted items (15% for new users, 10% for existing users), so the code matters most on full-price pieces. The deal calendar lists the dates, and if you are also looking at Namshi or SHEIN, paste the product link into product check first.
