Scotch & Soda has five full-price stores and two outlets in Dubai, and six stores in Saudi Arabia across Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar and Dammam. Online, the UAE site delivers free in 1 to 2 working days and the Saudi site in 2 to 4 working days by Aramex, both with a 30-day return window. The outlet section is the exception on both delivery and returns.
Who sells Scotch & Soda in the Gulf
Scotch & Soda started as a menswear label in Amsterdam, founded by Laurent Hompes in 1985. Kellwood and Sun Capital Partners bought the company in 2011, and after it filed for bankruptcy in the Netherlands in March 2023, brand management firm Bluestar Alliance acquired it that May.
In the UAE and Saudi Arabia the shops and websites are run by Beside Group, a Dubai-based retailer that has partnered with the brand since 2014 and opened the two online stores in 2021. Beside is the seller of record on ae.scotch-soda.com and sa.scotch-soda.com. In practice this means prices, promotions, returns and refunds on Gulf orders all come from Beside.

There are two outlets, at The Outlet Village and Dubai Outlet Mall. These two matter for online shoppers too, because outlet items bought online can only be returned or exchanged at an outlet store.

Online delivery: times, fees and couriers
We read both delivery pages on 11 October 2026. Here is what they say.

Three rules on those pages are easy to miss. Orders cannot be changed once submitted. The delivery address cannot be changed after dispatch. And if a parcel is not collected after the courier's attempts, it will not be reshipped. Check the address and phone number before you pay, especially if you are ordering to an office.
Neither page lists cash on delivery or instalment providers. Check the payment step at checkout for the options on the day.
How returns work
The UAE returns page and Saudi returns page (checked 11 October 2026) set the same core rules:
- Window: 30 days. The pages describe it as 30 days of purchase in one place and 30 days of receiving your complete order in another, so count from the earlier date to be safe.
- Condition: items must be undamaged with the original labels attached. Items in unsuitable condition are sent back to you.
- Courier: the UAE page recommends Quiqup for returns and the Saudi page recommends Aramex. Neither page says who pays for return shipping, so ask customer service before you book.
- Refund: to your original payment method. The pages say within 14 working days in one place and within 14 days of the return reaching the warehouse in another. You get an email when the return arrives.
- Not returnable: fragrances and detergent once the seal is broken.
- Faulty items: contact the company first through the contact page.
The outlet rule
Outlet products cannot be returned or exchanged at regular stores, only at outlet stores. In the UAE that means The Outlet Village or Dubai Outlet Mall. If you live far from both, or you are in Saudi Arabia, read the outlet terms on the site before you buy from that section.
Store or online: which suits you
Buying in store gives you the fit straight away and avoids a return trip. Buying online on the Gulf sites gives you free delivery outside the outlet, a 30-day window and the 15% from ADM22. Scotch & Soda has not published a fixed sale calendar for the Gulf. The UAE deal calendar and Saudi deal calendar list the region's main sale dates, including White Friday in November.
