Cashback is credit for the next order
QAA8 and ADA32 do not lower the price at checkout. Namshi's cashback page says the amount lands in your noon Wallet 14 days after delivery, cannot be moved to a bank, and can be spent on Namshi or other noon platforms. If you return part of the order, the cashback is recalculated on what you kept. For a family that reorders as children grow, that credit is easy to use. For a one-off order, FIRST's money off at checkout is worth more.
Clear the free-delivery line with one cart
Kids' and adult items go through the same checkout, so they ship as one order with one delivery charge. Per Namshi's delivery charges page (checked 11 October 2026):
- UAE: orders under 150 AED pay 12 AED. Next-day costs 14 AED on orders above 200 AED, same-day 18 AED above 350 AED.

Plan for size swaps before you order
Children's sizes vary by brand, and an online order is a guess until the item is tried on. Namshi's return policy gives you 14 days from delivery, free returns, and one size exchange per item. Use it well:
- Try clothes and shoes on indoors with all tags and the security tag loop attached. Removing or damaging the loop can cut the refund by up to 30%.
- Keep shoe boxes and bags. Returns must come back in the original packaging.
- Order school items early enough that an exchange can arrive in time. In Saudi Arabia, Namshi's exchange page gives 1 to 4 business days for pickup, 3 to 5 for processing and 1 to 2 for delivery. In the UAE the replacement comes at pickup.
- If the exchanged size still does not fit, the item can go back for a refund.
