What is the cheapest way to buy from LG Saudi Arabia?
Use code SJAL21 on LG's own Saudi online store, lg.com/sa. It takes 10% off the order, from TVs and monitors to washing machines, fridges and air conditioners, and Savooh last checked it on 6 October 2026. The code has run since 11 February 2025 with no end date announced and no minimum spend listed.
The code works on LG's Saudi store only. LG Egypt runs a separate store, and LG's UAE site points to retailers instead of selling online. The code and its terms sit on the LG Saudi store page.
What 10% is worth on a big appliance
Because SJAL21 is a percentage, it counts most on large items. The figures below are worked examples, not LG prices.

Before you apply the code, check the same model number at Extra and Jarir, which often stock LG appliances. Ten percent off a higher list price can still leave you paying more. How to apply SJAL21
- Open lg.com/sa and add the products to your cart.
- At checkout, type SJAL21 in the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the 10% appears as a separate discount line before you choose payment.
- Pay by card or with Tamara, then confirm the delivery address and installation slot.
If the discount line does not appear, check that you are on the Saudi store and not lg.com/eg_en or the UAE site. If it still fails, contact LG's customer care on the toll-free number below and keep a screenshot of the cart.
Paying in instalments with Tamara
LG's Saudi terms of purchase (checked 11 October 2026) list credit card, debit card and Tamara. Orders below SAR 2,500 can be split over up to 4 months. Orders above SAR 2,500 can be split over up to 12 months, subject to your Tamara credit limit. The terms do not mention Tabby.
The terms also do not say whether SJAL21 combines with a Tamara plan. Apply the code first, then check that the total Tamara shows you already has the 10% removed. For contrast, LG Egypt's FAQ states that coupons do not apply to its 0% instalment offer, so the two stores handle this differently.
Delivery and installation
LG Saudi offers free delivery and installation only in certain areas, and remote or restricted zones are excluded. Installation covers unpacking, connecting water or electricity and setting the appliance up. It does not cover plumbing or electrical work, or removing your old appliance, so arrange those before the delivery day. If the site is not ready, LG will not install, and postponing an installation costs extra.
You get three delivery attempts. Giving the courier the one-time code sent to your phone counts as confirming the item arrived in good condition, so look at the box before you read the code out. If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, LG's terms say to refuse the delivery.
What a return costs
LG Saudi accepts returns within 7 days, only for unused products in a sealed box with the invoice. A change-of-mind return or exchange is charged against your refund:

A faulty, damaged or wrong item comes back with no shipping fee. Report it within 7 days of delivery. After that, repairs go through the warranty. If LG tests a returned unit and finds no fault, you pay the return shipping.
Measure the space, the door widths and the water and power points before you order. A washing machine that does not fit costs you SAR 50 or 55 to send back, and you lose the 10% saving with it.
The warranty is part of the price
LG's Saudi warranty page (checked 11 October 2026) gives 2 years on parts for fridges, washing machines, TVs and air conditioners. Fridges also get 10 years on the compressor, and washing machines 10 years on the direct drive motor. After year 2 you pay labour, visit and gas costs, but not the covered part. A claim needs the original proof of purchase from an authorised seller and the warranty card, so keep both with the appliance.
When LG appliances cost less
In Saudi Arabia, the bigger appliance markdowns tend to come around Ramadan, National Day in September and White Friday in November. SJAL21 has no end date announced, so there is no rush to use it before a sale. The deal calendar lists sale dates as retailers confirm them, and a Savooh alert on the LG store page tells you when a new LG code is listed.
