Which Clarks UAE code should you use?
Use SAN20 first. It takes 20% off orders on clarksstores.ae for all customers, and CS510 takes 10% off on the same terms, so SAN20 is the better code whenever both work. Savooh last checked both on 30 September 2026; neither has an end date or a minimum spend, and both are for the UAE store only.

On a pair of shoes at AED 595, SAN20 takes off AED 119 and CS510 takes off AED 59.50. The only reason to use CS510 is that SAN20 has stopped working.
How to apply a code on clarksstores.ae
- Add the shoes to your bag on clarksstores.ae.
- Go to checkout and enter SAN20 in the discount code field.
- Check that a 20% discount line appears in the total.
- If SAN20 is rejected, remove it and try CS510.
- Pay once the discount shows.

Why a Clarks code can stop working
- Automatic deactivation. CS510's terms say it switches off if no orders are tracked with it within 14 days of being assigned. SAN20 can be deactivated under its offer terms. If either fails, tell us on the store page and we will check it again.
- The wrong Clarks store. Jashanmal runs clarksstores.ae in the UAE. Clarks in Saudi Arabia is run by Apparel Group on a different site, and UAE codes do not carry over.
- Sale prices. The code terms do not say whether the discount applies on top of a sale price. Add the sale item, enter the code and read the total.
- Two codes. Most checkouts take one code per order. Remove the first before trying the second.
The sale section can beat a code
The sale collection on clarksstores.ae says discounts go up to 50%, and it ran to nine pages when we checked on 11 October 2026. Prices we saw that day:
- Clarks Wallabee in black suede: AED 745 down to AED 372.
- Women's Clarks Pace in black: AED 595 down to AED 297.
- Nature II in birch: AED 875 down to AED 437.
A sale price of about half beats SAN20 on its own. If SAN20 also applies on top, the Wallabee at AED 372 would drop by another AED 74.40. Try it in the basket; do not assume it.
Delivery and returns before you order
The shipping policy (checked 11 October 2026) says orders are delivered within 3 working days by OCS from warehouses in Dubai, Saturday to Thursday. Some outlying localities under Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are listed as out of delivery range, so check the list if you live outside the main cities. The policy does not state a delivery fee or a free-delivery threshold; the checkout shows it.
The returns policy gives you 14 days from purchase to request a return through the contact form, with photos of the item from all angles and the invoice. Clarks' approved courier collects it free, usually within 3 working days. Items must be unused, in the original box, with all tags. The refund goes to your original payment method. Two rules catch people out: online orders cannot be exchanged, so a new size means a return and a fresh order, and online orders cannot be returned in a Clarks shop.
That second rule affects your code. If you return a pair and reorder, apply SAN20 again on the new order, and check it still works before you send the first pair back.
When Clarks UAE discounts more
Clarks UAE does not publish a sale calendar. The UAE's two big sale seasons are Dubai Shopping Festival in January and White Friday in November; the UAE deal calendar lists the dates. Before paying, paste the product link into Product Check to compare the same shoe at other UAE stores, such as Namshi.
A quick check before you pay
- Is the delivery address inside the OCS delivery area?
- Does the total show a 20% line for SAN20, or 10% for CS510?
- If the item is on sale, did the code apply on top, and is the sale price alone already lower than full price with the code?
- Have you checked the size in the fit guide, since online orders cannot be exchanged?

Does SAN20 work for existing customers?
Yes. The terms say SAN20 is for all customers, with no minimum spend.
Can I use SAN20 and CS510 together?
The terms do not say so, and most checkouts accept one code per order. Use SAN20, and keep CS510 as a fallback.
Do Clarks UAE codes work on clarks.sa?
No. The Saudi store is run by a different company, Apparel Group, with its own codes and return rules.
Are Clarks UAE returns free?
Yes, when the store's approved courier collects them within the 14-day window. Sending an item another way is at your cost and risk.
