R&B started in 2012 with a store in Muscat Grand Mall, Oman, and is one of Apparel Group's homegrown brands. It now has 123 stores across the Middle East and India and says every product is designed exclusively for R&B and priced for value. Its ranges cover women's clothing, activewear, lingerie and sleepwear, men's clothing and activewear, kids' clothing from baby sizes up to 16 years, footwear, accessories, beauty and home essentials.
Prices are low across the board. On 19 October 2026 basic T-shirts cost AED 15 in the UAE, SAR 17 in Saudi Arabia and KWD 1.500 in Kuwait. Wide-leg denim cost AED 55 or KWD 6.500, pyjama sets AED 75, SAR 85 or KWD 7.500, and marked-down pieces such as a Saudi long-sleeve shirt at SAR 51 instead of SAR 85 were 25% to 51% off.

Standard delivery is free above AED 50, SAR 100 or KWD 10, with fees of AED 10, SAR 15 and KWD 1.500 below that, and cash on delivery adds AED 20, SAR 20 or KWD 2. The return policy says returns are started online only and stores don't accept them. Items from a buy 1 get 1 or bundle offer are the exception, where a partial return goes through customer service.
