The page says memberships run annually from 2 January to 30 December. The current "15 months for the price of 12" offer suggests the 2027 membership bought now starts before January, but the page does not give a start date, so check it in the app before paying.
Saudi or GCC: which to buy
The GCC membership costs SAR 510 more than the Saudi one. It makes sense if you will use offers in at least one other country during the year, for example a family trip to Dubai or regular weekends in Bahrain. If you live in Saudi Arabia and rarely travel in the region, the Saudi membership covers the same categories at home.
A rough way to decide: list the trips you have planned in the GCC or Singapore for 2027, and estimate whether the free mains, two-for-one tickets and second hotel nights on those trips are worth more than SAR 510 to you. If you cannot name the trips, start with the Saudi membership.
Cost per person
Split two ways, the Saudi membership is SAR 142.50 each and the GCC one SAR 397.50 each. Four ways, it is about SAR 71 and SAR 199. Offers are shared across linked accounts, so four people share the same three core offers per merchant. Sharing suits a family that goes out together.

The person who buys is the Primary Member and can add up to 3 Family Members, according to the membership sharing rules. Split four ways, SAR 285 is about SAR 71 each. Note the catch: offers are shared, so once one person redeems an offer, it shows as redeemed on every linked account. The Primary Member can replace all three Family Members at renewal and one Family Member during the year.
