Who Sporter is
Sporter was founded in 2012 and describes itself as the largest online store for sports supplements in the Gulf. Its terms name Sporter E-commerce LLC and a warehouse in Logistics City, Dubai South. It has no physical stores and sells through its website and app only.
The catalogue runs from whey, creatine, pre-workouts and fat burners to multivitamins, collagen, protein bars, healthy groceries and gym wear for men and women. Sporter also sells its own label across most of those categories, and bundles products into "stacks" built around a goal such as recovery or sleep.

The delivery page adds that some orders take longer for reasons outside Sporter's control. If you need a tub before a set date, order with a few days to spare.

The customs fee comes from Saudi customs rules on shipments under 1,000 SAR. Since a Saudi order cannot go above 825 SAR before tax, almost every Sporter order in the Kingdom stays under 1,000 SAR and carries the fee. Treat it as part of the price when you compare Sporter with a store that ships from inside Saudi Arabia, and run the comparison through Savooh's product check if you have a link for the same product.

A month's supply for two people may not fit in one order. Plan the basket around the item and value caps, and remember that each order under 150 SAR pays its own delivery fee.
Paying
The Saudi site accepts debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara for orders over 150 SAR, and cash on delivery for 25 SAR. A refund on a cash order comes back only as store credit, so paying by card or a pay-later service avoids both the fee and the credit-only refund.

Returns and faulty items
The Saudi return policy covers sportswear and accessories only, within 7 days. Supplements cannot be returned for a change of mind, because sealed and hygiene products are excluded in every market. If a supplement arrives faulty or damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos and the LOT number printed on the pack.
Sporter's Saudi refund page states that every product ships with at least one month left before its expiry date. Check the date when the parcel arrives.

In Kuwait, Sporter warns that some orders may need collecting from the Air Cargo Area at Kuwait Airport, between Terminal 1 and Terminal 4, so keep your phone reachable after dispatch.
When to order
Sporter has not published a fixed sale schedule, and most products carry a discount badge all year. On the Saudi homepage on 30 September 2026 those badges ran from 9% to 50%.
