Which Sharaf DG code should you use?
It depends on the country and on your basket total. In the UAE, Sharaf DG's codes are fixed amounts tied to cart bands, from AED 50 off at AED 2,500 up to AED 1,500 off above AED 15,000. In Saudi Arabia, CB200 takes SAR 200 off orders over SAR 2,000, and PL10 takes 10% off selected Philips products until 26 October 2026. No code is listed for Egypt.

UAE codes, by basket size
All five UAE codes are flat amounts in dirhams and work on uae.sharafdg.com and the app with the UAE selected. Because the discount is fixed, it is worth the most when your cart sits at the bottom of a band.

BRBSDG and CJBRBSDG are the same offer under two codes. Apple products do not count toward their AED 2,500 minimum, so an iPhone or MacBook in the cart will not help you reach it.
The AED 10,000 to 15,000 gap
ELX500 stops at AED 9,999 and ELX1500 starts above AED 15,000. Between those totals only ELX200 applies, for AED 200 off. Two moves are worth checking. If your cart is just over AED 10,000, dropping a small accessory to bring it under AED 10,000 lets you use ELX500 and save AED 500. If your cart is close to AED 15,000, for example AED 14,600, adding an item you were going to buy anyway can move you into ELX1500 territory, where AED 1,500 comes off.
Run the numbers both ways before you pay. Adding an item you do not need to reach a band only makes sense if the extra discount is larger than what you spent on that item.
Saudi codes: CB200 or PL10
Sharaf DG Saudi Arabia lists two codes, both valid on saudi.sharafdg.com and the app with Saudi Arabia selected.

CB200 is worth 10% on a SAR 2,001 basket and 4% on a SAR 5,000 basket. PL10 works out better than CB200 when the eligible Philips items in your cart come to more than SAR 2,000, since 10% of that is more than SAR 200. PL10 covers selected Philips items only: add the product, apply the code and check that the 10% shows against that line. If it does not, the item is outside the offer.
Egypt: no code, so the rules matter more
Savooh has no Sharaf DG code listed for Egypt. Two points from Sharaf DG Egypt's return and warranty page (checked 11 October 2026) affect what a discount is worth there: discounted items cannot be returned, and you pay the return shipping on a change-of-mind return. If you buy something on promotion in Egypt, treat it as final.
Why a Sharaf DG code fails at checkout
- Wrong country site. ELX and BRBSDG codes are UAE only. CB200 and PL10 are Saudi only.
- Basket outside the band. ELX500 rejects a cart of AED 10,000 or more. ELX1500 needs more than AED 15,000.
- Apple items in a BRBSDG cart. They do not count toward the AED 2,500 minimum.
- A Philips item outside PL10. The code covers selected products only.
- PL10 after 26 October 2026. The code's listed end date is that day.
If a code still fails with the right basket, compare the price on the same model at another retailer using Savooh's product check before you give up on the saving.
Count the return cost before you count the saving
A code saves a fixed amount. Opening the box can cost far more if you change your mind. On Sharaf DG UAE's policy (checked 11 October 2026), an opened item that is not faulty can come back within 7 days with a restocking fee of at least 15%, or at least 25% for Apple. On the Saudi policy, the minimum fee is 30%, and activated IT and telecom devices cannot be returned in either country.
On a AED 4,000 laptop, ELX200 saves AED 200. A 15% restocking fee on the same laptop would be AED 600. If you are unsure between two models, decide before the box is opened.
When Sharaf DG tends to discount
Searches for "sharaf dg sale" in the UAE peaked in November 2025, at about 320 a month against 90 to 170 in most other months (DataForSEO, September 2026). That lines up with White Friday and Black Friday promotions across Gulf electronics retailers. One date many shoppers expect has moved: GITEX Global, the Dubai technology exhibition long held in October, is listed for 8 to 11 December 2026 at Dubai Exhibition Centre (checked 11 October 2026). We have not seen a Sharaf DG GITEX offer announced for 2026. The deal calendar lists sale dates as retailers confirm them.
