The short answer
At Qasr Alawani, the markdown on the product usually saves more than the code. Code UF5S gives 10% off online orders in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, but the discount is capped at 10 SAR, so it is worth its full 10% only on baskets up to 100 SAR. On 30 September 2026, Saudi product markdowns ran from 10% to 62%, and every product we checked on the UAE storefront showed 40% off.
The code is on our Qasr Alawani Saudi Arabia page and our Qasr Alawani UAE page. This guide explains how to combine what the store offers: the markdown, the code, free shipping at 499, and pickup from a showroom.
What UF5S gives you
The terms on our listing:
- 10% off online orders at Qasr Alawani.
- Maximum discount of 10 SAR.
- Available to all customers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Valid from 29 July 2025, listed with no end date.
- The code may be revoked if it is left unused for a long time.
The cap is listed in riyals for both countries. On the UAE storefront, which prices in dirhams, check what the discount line shows before you pay. We have not confirmed how the cap converts there.
Markdown or code: what each is worth
Qasr Alawani shows a struck-through price on most products, and the discount changes by product and by country. Here is how the code compares on a few basket sizes in Saudi Arabia:
| Basket | UF5S takes off | A 40% markdown would take off |
|---|---|---|
| 59 SAR thermos | 5.90 SAR | Already included in the 59 SAR price |
| 100 SAR | 10 SAR | 40 SAR on the original price |
| 499 SAR | 10 SAR (2%) | Already included in the shown price |
| 1,000 SAR | 10 SAR (1%) | Already included in the shown price |
The markdown is already in the price you see, and the code comes off on top if the checkout accepts it. So the code is a small extra, worth up to 10 SAR. The bigger saving comes from picking the product whose markdown is deepest that week. A high percentage on one item says nothing about the next, so compare the final price of the exact model you want.
Compare the Saudi and UAE price
The two storefronts on qasralawani.com do not mirror each other. On 30 September 2026, the 0.5-litre Tavolo thermos cost 59 SAR on the Saudi site (45% off) and 65.40 AED on the UAE site (40% off). If you have an address in both countries, or family who can bring an item, check both before buying. The UAE range is also smaller: it has no large appliances, TVs or phones.
| Saudi storefront | UAE storefront | |
|---|---|---|
| Free shipping over | 499 SAR, large appliances excluded | 499 AED |
| Delivery time on the shipping page | 3 to 5 working days in Riyadh, 7 to 10 elsewhere, about 14 for home appliances | 10 to 12 working days by Aramex, customs fees may apply |
| Showrooms | 53 | 1, Al Mamzar in Sharjah |
| Markdowns seen on 30 Sep 2026 | 10% to 62% | A flat 40% on every product checked |
Figures come from our store data, checked 30 September 2026 against Qasr Alawani's shipping page and its cart pages. The site blocked our automated check on 11 October 2026, so confirm the totals at checkout.
Five ways to pay less
- Reach 499 for free shipping. The cart shows how much more you need. A single thermos or pot set falls short, so group what you need into one order. Large appliances in Saudi Arabia pay delivery whatever the total.
- Pick up from a showroom. Product pages show which showroom has stock. With 53 branches in Saudi Arabia, pickup avoids both the fee and the 7 to 10 day wait outside Riyadh. In the UAE, the Sharjah branch in Al Mamzar is the one option.
- Apply UF5S last. Enter the code once the basket is final. On a basket under 100 SAR it gives a full 10%; on bigger baskets it gives 10 SAR.
- Return at a showroom. A change-of-mind return sent by courier has the shipping cost deducted from the refund. Taking it back to a showroom avoids that.
- Split with Tabby if it helps your budget. Tabby is offered at checkout and splits the price into 4 payments. Splitting does not lower the price.

Returns: keep the box sealed
Qasr Alawani accepts returns within 7 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with the manufacturer's seals intact, according to its exchange and return policy. One line further down that page mentions 14 days, but the badge on every product page and the policy's time-limit section both say 7, so plan on 7. Card refunds reach your bank within 7 to 14 working days after the item is received, and Tabby and Tamara orders are refunded to the instalment account.
When people search for Qasr Alawani offers
The store does not publish a fixed sale schedule. Hosting season before Ramadan and National Day are the two moments to watch. Our Saudi deal calendar lists the dated events we track, and the store pages let you set an alert for a new code.
If you are comparing cookware and hosting sets, Al Saif Gallery sells in the same category in Saudi Arabia. Our product check shows what we know about a product's price from its link.
