Noon does not use one return window for everything. Each returnable item can go back within the window shown on its product page, as long as it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, and Noon refunds card payments to the card and cash-on-delivery orders as noon Credits. Read the window before you buy, keep sealed items sealed until you are sure, and remember that a discount code is not refunded when you send something back.
Where to find the return window
Noon's help article on the return and refund process says items in a returnable category can be returned within the window shown on the product page (checked 11 October 2026). Some items are marked non-returnable on that same page. Category-specific windows and conditions sit on Noon's own return policy pages for Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Who sells the item changes the terms. Noon calls third-party listings Market items, and its help page on Market items says delivery, return and warranty terms can vary by seller. The seller name sits under the price. If you are buying something you might send back, check it before you add the item to the cart.
Global Store items, shipped from abroad, have their own rule: eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, and Noon does not offer a direct exchange on them, so you return the item and buy again.
The seal rule that blocks returns
Noon ships some items with a tamper-proof seal. Its tamper-proof policy is short: a sealed item can be returned, and once the seal is opened or damaged the item is no longer eligible. If a parcel arrives with the seal already broken or looking tampered with, do not accept it. Hand it back to the delivery agent and report it. If you accepted the parcel and the product turns out to be defective or not what you ordered, you can still raise a return from your account.
This matters most for electronics, perfume and anything else where you would want to try the product. If you are not sure it is right, compare the model number on the box with the listing before you break the seal.
How to return an item on Noon
- Log in and open Returns in your Noon account.
- Choose Create a New Return and select the items.
- Pick a reason and add details about the issue.
- Upload photos that support the request.
- Select the pickup address.
- Review the details and submit.
The item then goes through a quality check before the refund is issued. You can follow progress under Orders, then Track Refund.

This comes from Noon's refunds help page (checked 11 October 2026). Noon does not give one fixed refund time for regular orders: it depends on the payment method and the bank. For Global Store returns it gives figures: up to 7 days for the item to reach the fulfilment centre, up to 2 business days to inspect it, then up to 5 days to a card or instalment plan, and immediately for cash on delivery, wallet or gift card payments.
Partial refunds happen. Noon says it may refund part of an order if only some items come back or if shipping or processing fees apply, and that high-value electronics may need extra checks before the refund is released. On the UAE storefront, Noon's return policy page listed the customer as paying return shipping when we last read it on 24 August 2026, so check the fee in the return flow before you book a pickup.
What a discount code does to your refund
Noon's promotions help page says promotional discounts are not refundable. If you used a code such as JRW, the refund for a returned item is based on what you paid after the discount. On Buy X Get Y offers, the refund reflects the adjusted value of each item. If you plan to order several sizes and return most, the code's value goes partly to items you will not keep. The Noon Saudi Arabia and Noon UAE pages show the live code and its caps, so you can decide whether a large first basket is worth it before you order.
Cancelling before it ships
Cancelling is simpler than returning. From My Orders you can cancel while the order still shows as being prepared. Once a courier has it, cancellation is no longer offered and the item has to come back through a return.
Before you order something you might return
- Read the return window and the non-returnable note on the product page.
- Check whether Noon or a Market seller is selling the item.
- Pay by card if a refund to your bank matters to you. Cash on delivery comes back as noon Credits, and it costs 18 SAR in Saudi Arabia and 12 AED in the UAE per Noon's help centre.
- Keep sealed items sealed until you are sure.
