On a first Nice One order, the NEW20 code that Nice One publishes on its own offers page gives more than FUL, as long as no cap applies at checkout. FUL takes 10% off eligible orders but stops at 20 SAR for new customers and 13 SAR for returning ones, so it is the code for repeat orders. Neither code applies to products already on offer, and Nice One does not combine a coupon with any other discount.
The two codes side by side
| FUL | NEW20 | |
|---|---|---|
| Discount | 10% off eligible orders | 20% off your first order |
| Who can use it | New and returning customers | First order only |
| Maximum discount | SAR 20 new, SAR 13 returning | None shown on the offers page |
| Where it comes from | Listed on our Nice One page, last checked 30 September 2026 | Nice One's own offers page banner, checked 11 October 2026 |
| Countries | Saudi Arabia, UAE | Not stated |
FUL and its terms are on our Nice One page for Saudi Arabia and Nice One page for the UAE. Its last term says final eligibility depends on the offer terms Nice One displays, so the checkout has the final word.
The maths with the caps
FUL's cap decides how far it goes. A new customer reaches the 20 SAR limit at a 200 SAR basket. A returning customer reaches the 13 SAR limit at 130 SAR. Above those amounts, FUL saves nothing more.
- First order of 150 SAR: FUL gives 15 SAR; NEW20 gives 30 SAR if no cap applies.
- First order of 300 SAR: FUL gives 20 SAR (capped); NEW20 gives 60 SAR if no cap applies.
- Repeat order of 250 SAR: NEW20 no longer applies; FUL gives 13 SAR.
The offers page lists no cap or minimum for NEW20, though that does not prove none exists. Enter it, read the discount line, and switch to FUL if the result is smaller.
Why the code fails at checkout
Nice One's help centre answers most failures directly, checked 11 October 2026:
- The item is on offer. Nice One says a discount coupon does not apply to offers or discounted products.
- You stacked discounts. The same article says a coupon cannot be combined with any other discount, including a second coupon, a Visa or Apple Pay discount, or Qitaf points.
- The discount looks smaller than the percentage. That usually means part of the basket is on offer. If none of it is, Nice One asks you to contact customer service on 920033385.
- The code shows as expired. Nice One's advice is to type the code instead of pasting it, check its expiry date, and contact support if it still fails.
- The cap. FUL stops at 20 SAR or 13 SAR, whatever the basket size.
So in a sale, buy the discounted items at their sale price and use the code on whatever stays at full price. A basket full of offers gets no extra from any code.
Fees and delivery in Saudi Arabia
| Inside Saudi Arabia | Outside Saudi Arabia (including the UAE) | |
|---|---|---|
| Free shipping from | 300 SAR | 1,000 SAR |
| Delivery after the order ships | 48 hours in Riyadh, up to 8 days elsewhere | Up to 10 days |
| Cash on delivery fee | 28 SAR | Not stated |
Sources: Nice One help articles on free shipping, delivery times and cash on delivery fees, checked 11 October 2026. Paying in advance by Visa, mada or Apple Pay avoids the 28 SAR fee, which is larger than FUL's maximum discount for a returning customer. Nice One also accepts Mastercard, American Express, STC Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
For UAE shoppers, the free shipping threshold is stated in riyals, with no dirham figure, and delivery can take up to 10 days.
Returns: check before you open
Nice One does not accept returns or exchanges of beauty and care products, even in their original condition, unless they arrive damaged. Device products can be returned if unused and unopened. A code does not change this, so a shade you are unsure about stays with you once it arrives intact.
When Nice One discounts deeper
White Friday in late November is Nice One's deepest sitewide window, Ramadan is a strong second, and Saudi National Day in September is a third. Because a code does not apply to discounted items, the code and the sale are alternatives here. Check our deal calendar, and for a product sold elsewhere, compare it with Golden Scent or Nahdi using product check.
