Is Nice One Original? What the Store States and What to Check

Nice One says all its products and perfumes are original and its care products are SFDA-authorised. What that rests on, what you can verify yourself, and why it matters more with no beauty returns.

Ahmed Al-Sobhi has four years of experience writing and editing deal content across the MENA market. At Savooh, he shapes the store guides, deal roundups, and discount code pages shoppers actually read, pulling in the details and structure that make a guide useful rather than another list of offers. Verification is part of the process, but the writing is what he spends most of his time on: sourced, dated facts.

Nice One states in its help centre that all its products and perfumes are 100% original, and that all its care products are authorised by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). It is a registered Saudi company with a published commercial registration and VAT number, and it is listed on the Ministry of Commerce's Maroof platform. Savooh has not lab-tested its stock, so treat those as the store's own statements, backed by registrations you can check yourself.

What Nice One states, and where

We read each of these help articles on 11 October 2026:

None of the articles names its suppliers or says whether stock comes from brand owners or official distributors. A one-line authenticity statement is a commitment the store can be held to; it does not describe the supply chain.

What you can verify yourself

  • The business registration. The CR and VAT numbers above should match your invoice. A VAT number on the receipt also tells you the sale went through a registered Saudi business.
  • The Maroof listing. Open maroof.sa/24519 and check that the store details match the site you ordered from.
  • The SFDA claim. For a skincare product you are unsure about, the SFDA runs a public product search. Look for the Arabic label and importer details on the box, which Saudi-registered cosmetics usually carry.
  • The listing itself. Nice One says every product's included items are documented in the description under the product, on the site and the app. If what arrives differs from that list, you have something concrete to report.

Why checking matters more at Nice One

Nice One does not accept returns or exchanges of beauty and care products, even in their original condition, unless they arrive damaged. Devices can be returned if unused and unopened. That means you cannot buy a perfume, open it, and send it back because it smells different from the tester you remember. The checks happen before you open the box:

  1. Inspect the outer packaging and the seal as soon as the order arrives.
  2. Compare the product, size and shade with your order and the listing.
  3. Look at the batch code and expiry date printed on the product.
  4. If something is damaged, missing or different, contact Nice One before you use it.

For a damaged item, Nice One's help article says to contact customer service by opening a ticket on the order, by email, or on 920033385, and the case goes to the department that assesses the damage and compensation. The article gives no time limit, so report it the day the order arrives and keep photos of the box and seal.

Price as a warning sign

A price far below other Saudi retailers is the usual reason shoppers start asking whether a product is original. Before you buy a perfume or a high-end skincare item, paste the product link into Savooh's product check and compare it with stores such as Golden Scent and Nahdi. A normal spread between retailers is expected; a large gap on one listing is a reason to read it more carefully.

Coupons do not change this. Nice One's codes do not apply to products already on offer, and the current code and its caps are on our Nice One page for Saudi Arabia and Nice One page for the UAE. Nice One is not an affiliate partner of Savooh, so you can go directly to niceonesa.com.

Delivery and payment inside Saudi Arabia

Once an order ships, Nice One quotes 48 hours in Riyadh and up to 8 days elsewhere in the Kingdom, with free shipping from 300 SAR. Cash on delivery costs 28 SAR, which you avoid by paying in advance with Visa, mada or Apple Pay; Mastercard, American Express, STC Pay, Tabby and Tamara are also accepted. Whichever way you pay, keep the order confirmation and the invoice with the CR and VAT numbers until you have checked every item.

Ordering from the UAE

Nice One ships to the UAE from Saudi Arabia. Its help centre gives up to 10 days for delivery outside the Kingdom, and free shipping above 1,000 SAR, a threshold stated in riyals. Since beauty products cannot be returned, the longer delivery time leaves no room to change your mind, so be sure of the shade and size before you order.
