Nazih lists 21 showrooms across 11 Saudi cities, and its online store, nazih.sa, ships across the Kingdom in 2 to 7 days, free from SAR 200. Visit a branch when you need to see a shade, feel the weight of a hair tool or ask about salon equipment. Order online when you already know the product, because code ADM7 takes 10% off nazih.sa orders, up to SAR 50, and it is listed for the online store.
Searches tell the same story. In DataForSEO's Saudi data for the year to August 2026, Arabic searches for Nazih's branches (فروع نزيه) ran at about 320 a month, Nazih Jeddah at about 590 and Nazih Riyadh at about 260. Plenty of shoppers want a physical store. This guide sets out what each route gives you.

The online store and the showrooms belong to the same company. Nazih Saudi Cosmetics Co., based in Al Khobar, runs nazih.sa and is part of Nazih Group, which was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Sharjah. The group also supplies salons, spas and beauty professionals, so the range runs from OPI nail colour and Moroccanoil hair care to ghd and BaByliss Pro styling tools and Takara Belmont salon furniture.

When a branch visit makes sense
- Shades. Nail colour and foundation are hard to judge on a screen, and a change-of-mind return online costs SAR 20 and needs the seal intact. Seeing the colour first avoids both.
- Hair tools. Weight, grip and plate size matter for a straightener or a dryer. Searches for hair straighteners (مكواة شعر) ran at about 1,600 a month in Saudi Arabia in the same data, and it is a category where holding the tool helps.
- Salon equipment. If you run a salon, a branch is the place to ask about furniture and professional ranges that may not be listed online.
- You live in one of the 11 cities. Outside them, the website is the practical route.
When ordering online makes more sense
- You know the product. A refill of a shampoo or a nail colour you already use is cheaper with ADM7 than at full price.
- Your basket is SAR 200 to SAR 500. Delivery is free and ADM7 gives its full 10%, so a SAR 400 order saves SAR 40.
- You are outside the 11 cities. Orders reach the rest of the Kingdom in 2 to 7 days through Aramex and other couriers.
- You want to pay in instalments. Tabby and Tamara are offered online. If you cancel or return, their service fee is deducted from the refund.
A mixed approach works too: try a tool or a shade at a branch, note the exact product name, then order it online with the code. Our guide to saving with ADM7 covers the cap and the fees in detail.
Online fees to know first
- Cash on delivery costs SAR 12, and a cash order's refund goes to your Nazih account wallet.
- Card refunds take 7 to 14 working days.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for unused items in original packaging with protective seals on. Change of mind costs SAR 20.
- An order can be cancelled only while it shows as awaiting confirmation or being prepared. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customer service answers by email at customerservice@nazih.com.sa and by WhatsApp, 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, according to Nazih's about page as recorded on 1 March 2026.
We do not know whether an online order can be returned at a showroom, and the policy we recorded does not say. Ask customer service before you rely on it.
