For a first Namshi order of 100 AED or more placed in the Namshi app, FIRST usually saves the most: 20% off at checkout, capped at 75 AED or SAR, on items marked discountable. On the website, or on a smaller basket, ADA32 is the code to use: it pays a new customer 20% cashback, capped at 50 AED or SAR, credited to your noon Wallet 14 days after delivery. QAA8 is the fallback, at 5% cashback with a cap of 10.
The three codes work in different ways, and that changes which one wins. Below are the exact terms, the basket size at which each one stops growing, and the reasons a first-order code gets refused.

FIRST's terms come from Namshi's FIRST coupon page, checked 11 October 2026. ADA32 and QAA8 were last checked by Savooh on 30 September 2026 and are listed for Saudi Arabia and the UAE; ADA32's terms also name Kuwait. The live list is on the Namshi Saudi Arabia and Namshi UAE pages.
FIRST: the conditions that matter
- It works only in the Namshi app, and only once, before your first order.
- 20% off, up to 75 AED or SAR, on a minimum order of AED 100 or its equivalent in your currency.
- It applies only to items marked discountable. Items outside that group do not get the 20%.
- You need a verified phone number from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain or Egypt.
- Once FIRST is used, you cannot change the delivery address or phone number on that order. Set both correctly before you apply it.
How cashback from ADA32 and QAA8 works
Namshi's cashback page sets out the rules (checked 11 October 2026). The cashback amount appears in the order summary once the code is applied. It is credited to your noon Wallet 14 days after delivery, which leaves time for returns. It cannot be moved to a bank account, and it can be spent on Namshi or other noon platforms such as noon.com. If you return, exchange or cancel part of the order, the cashback is recalculated on what you kept, and it can shrink or disappear.
So ADA32's 20% is store credit for a later purchase. Your card is charged the full amount today.
Which code wins at each basket size
For a new customer:
- Under 100 AED: FIRST does not apply. Use ADA32 for 20% cashback.
- 100 to 250 AED in the app: FIRST and ADA32 both give 20%. FIRST wins because the money comes off now.
- 250 to 375 AED in the app: ADA32 stops at 50, while FIRST keeps growing to 75. FIRST wins by up to 25.
- Above 375 AED in the app: FIRST pays its full 75 and ADA32 its full 50.
- On the website: FIRST is not available, so ADA32 is the choice.
The same steps apply in riyals, with FIRST's minimum set at AED 100 or the equivalent in SAR. For an existing customer, ADA32 and QAA8 both pay 5%. They match up to a 200 basket, where QAA8 hits its cap of 10. Above 200, ADA32 keeps paying up to 50, which it reaches at 1,000. Keep QAA8 for when ADA32 is refused.
Namshi's help pages do not say that two codes can be combined, so plan on one code per order.
Why a Namshi first-order code gets refused
- You are on the website with FIRST. It is an app-only code.
- The account has ordered before. FIRST is for the first order only, and ADA32 drops to 5% for existing customers.
- The basket is under the minimum once items that are not discountable are left out.
- The phone number is not verified or is from a country outside the FIRST list.
- The code was revoked. ADA32's terms say codes left inactive for a long time can be disconnected.
Costs that eat into the saving
Delivery and payment fees can cancel a small discount. Per Namshi's delivery charges page (checked 11 October 2026):

The cash-on-delivery fees come from Namshi's COD page, checked 21 September 2026. In Saudi Arabia a 150 SAR first order with FIRST saves 30 SAR and then pays 30 SAR for delivery. Pushing the same basket past 200 SAR removes the fee. Paying by card, Tabby or Tamara avoids the COD charge.
If you return part of a first order
Returns are free for 14 days after delivery, with one size exchange per item. Keep the security tag loop on: Namshi can cut the refund by up to 30% of the price if it is removed or damaged.
