What is the Jeeny customer service number in Saudi Arabia?
The Saudi number Jeeny publishes is 0112848000. It appears in clause 8.1 of Jeeny's terms of service (checked 11 October 2026), which tells users to report errors or faults by contacting Jeeny on that number. For other questions, Jeeny's contact page offers an email address and a web form.
This guide lists every contact route Jeeny publishes, what each one is for, and which problems the rules already settle before you call.

| Phone, Jordan | 065777666 and 065777667 | Terms, clause 8.1 |
| inquiries@jeeny.me | Contact page | |
| Web form | Complaints, data requests, marketing opt-out and other inquiries | Contact page |

The contact page does not list business hours or a separate Saudi email. The web form's inquiry types include complaints and requests to access, delete or change your data, so it is the route that leaves a written record.
Which route to use
A problem during or right after a ride: call 0112848000. The terms name it for reporting errors and faults, and a call is the quickest way to reach someone while details are fresh.
A fare dispute, a charge you do not recognise, or a complaint about a driver: use the web form or email, so you have a dated written record. Include the trip date and time, pickup and drop-off, and a screenshot of the fare.
Your personal data: the web form has specific options for access, deletion, modification and restricting processing.
Jeeny is operated in Saudi Arabia by Electronic Speed Trading Company, Unified National Number 7001776199, according to clause 2.1 of the terms. If you write a formal complaint, that is the company name to use.
What to have ready
- The phone number on your Jeeny account.
- The trip date, time, pickup and destination.
- The ride type you booked, such as Economy, EcoLite or Taxi.
- A screenshot of the fare and any promo code you applied.
- For a payment problem, the last four digits of the card or the Apple Pay record.
Problems the terms already answer
Some questions do not need a call, because the terms settle them. These are worth reading before you spend time on hold.
| Issue | What the terms say |
|---|---|
| Expired wallet credit | Credit expires after 6 months of inactivity (clause 10.2). |
| Cancellation fee | Fees may apply; Jeeny sets and communicates the conditions and amounts (clause 8.6). |
| Missing Mokafaa points | Points arrive within 24 hours of an eligible ride. The Mokafaa number must be linked before the ride, and points cannot be backdated (clause 4A). |
| Paying with Apple Pay | Available in Saudi Arabia on iPhones (clause 2.2). |
So if Mokafaa points are missing, wait 24 hours first. If your number was not linked before the ride, support cannot add them later under the terms.
Promo code problems
If a code did not apply, check the order of steps first: Jeeny codes are entered on the booking screen before you confirm the ride. A code entered after confirmation has no ride to attach to. Code AAOV, listed on our Jeeny Saudi Arabia page, takes 40% off eligible rides up to SAR 8, and its terms say eligibility can depend on your account. Support is the place to ask why your account is not eligible; the code's status is on our page.
Left something in a Jeeny car
Jeeny's terms do not set out a lost-property process for passengers. Clause 4.7 deals with lost or stolen redeemed products and says neither Jeeny nor the service provider is responsible for them, which is a different case from a phone left on a back seat. For a personal item, call 0112848000 as soon as you notice, with the trip time, route and ride type, then follow up through the web form so the request is in writing.
Why the app may still say Easy Taxi
Jeeny launched in Saudi Arabia in late 2013 as the local arm of Easy Taxi and later took the Jeeny name. The Android app's package name on Google Play is still me.com.easytaxi. If you see that name in a bank statement or an app listing, it is the same service.
Driving for Jeeny
Driver questions go through a separate route. Jeeny's website links a driver section and a driver portal at drive.jeeny.me, and clause 2.2 of the terms describes the profit margin fee a service provider pays Jeeny on each completed service. The rider contacts above are not the channel for driver registration.
Comparing before you book
If you are contacting support about a fare that felt high, it helps to compare the same trip in another app next time before booking. Careem and Uber have pages on Savooh, and Jeeny's own site is at jeeny.me.
