Namshi states that every product it sells is 100% authentic and sourced from authorised distributors, and it is a retailer that holds its own stock in warehouses. It has been part of the noon group since 2023. - If you have concerns about the authenticity of something you bought, customer support will look into it.
The article does not explain how distributors are vetted or what happens to a disputed item, so treat it as the store's promise. The practical protection is the return policy, which applies whatever the reason for sending an item back.
Who runs Namshi
Namshi was founded in Dubai in 2011. Emaar owned it before selling it to noon in 2023, and it now runs as a separate storefront inside the noon group with its own catalogue, codes and checkout. It sells fashion, sportswear, shoes, bags and beauty, and delivers to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. It does not deliver to Egypt. Namshi stores its stock in warehouses that are not open to customers, according to its try-on help page, which means you cannot inspect an item before buying, and the return window does that job instead.
What to check when your order arrives
- Tags and labels. Brand labels and product tags should be attached. Namshi's return policy requires them to be in place for a return, so their absence on arrival is worth reporting at once.
- The security tag loop. Some items come with a plastic or metal loop. Try the item on with it attached. Removing or damaging it can cut your refund by up to 30%.
- Original packaging. Shoes and bags should arrive in the brand's box or bag. Keep it, since returns need it.
- The listing against the item. Compare colour, size label and model name with the product page.
- Price sense. A price far below the brand's usual range is a reason to look closer. The product check compares a product's price history before you buy.
Returns: your main protection

The beauty exclusion matters for this question. If you are unsure about a perfume or skincare item, raise it with support before opening it, since a return is not an option for that category.
How long a refund or exchange takes
After pickup, the item goes through a quality check that usually takes 4 to 5 days and can take up to 30. The refund then goes back the way you paid: 5 to 7 business days to a card, usually within 24 hours for Tabby or Tamara, and to your Namshi Wallet for cash on delivery orders.
Exchanges are faster in the UAE. Namshi's exchange page says the UAE replacement is delivered at the same time as the pickup. In Saudi Arabia, pickup takes 1 to 4 business days, warehouse processing 3 to 5, and delivery of the replacement 1 to 2. Exchanges depend on stock.
How to raise a doubt about a product
Contact Namshi inside the 14-day window, so a return is still open to you. Namshi lists its support contacts as care@namshi.com, 800 626 744 in the UAE (8am to 12am UAE time) and 800 246 6744 in Saudi Arabia (7am to 11pm KSA time), per the details we checked on 21 September 2026. Opening a ticket from the order in the app keeps a written record, which helps if a return is disputed later. Photograph the labels, tags and packaging first.
