Aigner sells its watches online in the Gulf through aignerme.com, with a separate store for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The detail that matters most is the return window for watches: 7 days in the UAE, but only 1 day in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, per the terms Savooh recorded on 29 September 2026. If you order in Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, check the watch on the day it arrives.
Where to buy an Aigner watch online
The official Gulf storefronts are aignerme.com for the UAE, for Saudi Arabia and for Kuwait. Each prices in its own currency, AED, SAR or KWD, and each has its own delivery and returns terms. The stores carry Aigner bags, leather goods, accessories, watches, jewellery, clothing, footwear and fragrances.
Order from the store for the country you are delivering to. The terms below differ by storefront, and a watch bought on the UAE store follows UAE rules.
Returns: the short windows to plan around
| Country | Watches and jewellery | Accessories and leather goods | Other notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| UAE | 7 days, free | 7 days, free | 14 days for manufacturing defects |
| Saudi Arabia | 1 day | 1 day | 3-day exchange period for leather goods |
| Kuwait | 1 day | 14 days | Category-specific conditions apply |
These windows come from the terms and conditions pages for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, as recorded in Savooh's store data on 29 September 2026. When we tried to recheck them on 11 October 2026, the site blocked automated access, so read the page for your country before you pay. Terms like these can change.
A 1-day window changes how you should take delivery. In Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, plan to be home when the parcel arrives, open it the same day, and check the watch before the window closes: the dial, the strap length, the clasp and whether it runs. If anything is wrong, contact Aigner customer service that day.
Delivery options and fees
| Country | Standard delivery | Faster option |
|---|---|---|
| UAE | 1 to 3 working days, free | None listed |
| Saudi Arabia | Same day or next day, 25 SAR, free above 199.99 SAR | 2-hour delivery, 40 SAR, free above 4,999.99 SAR |
| Kuwait | Within 24 hours, free | 2-hour delivery, 3.5 KWD |
Most Aigner watches will clear the Saudi 199.99 SAR line for free same-day or next-day delivery. The 2-hour option is only free above 4,999.99 SAR. If you are ordering a gift with a deadline, Kuwait's 24-hour standard delivery and Saudi Arabia's next-day option give you room. The UAE's 1 to 3 working days gives less.
Paying less on a watch
Code WFAD32 applies across all categories, watches included, but only to items that are not already discounted. New customers get 10% off, one use, and existing customers get 5% off, up to five uses. You must be logged in, and each order must reach 399 AED or SAR, or 19 KD. The saving is capped at 100 AED or SAR, or 10 KD. The code has been running since 14 May 2026 with no end date announced, and Savooh last checked it on 30 September 2026.
So on a watch priced at 1,000 SAR or above, a new customer saves the full 100 SAR. On a 600 SAR watch, a new customer saves 60 SAR and an existing customer 30 SAR. If the watch you want is in the Sale section, the code will not apply on top, so compare the markdown with the code on a full-price model.
The full terms, with worked examples, are on the Aigner pages on Savooh for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait.
Checks before you order
- Warranty. Savooh has not checked Aigner's watch warranty terms. Ask customer service what warranty comes with the watch and how claims work in your country before you pay.
- Strap size. With a 1-day return window in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, a strap that does not fit is hard to send back in time. If you can, try the same model in a store first.
- Price elsewhere. Aigner watches are also sold by other retailers. Paste the product link into Savooh's product check to see what we know about the price before you decide.
- Timing. Searches for Aigner watches in Saudi Arabia peaked in March 2026. Savooh's deal calendar lists the Gulf sale dates when the Sale section may grow.
What people search for
Watches are one of the biggest reasons people look up Aigner in the Gulf. In DataForSEO data, ساعات اقنر, Aigner watches in Arabic, gets about 5,400 searches a month in Saudi Arabia, reaching 8,100 in March 2026, and searches for women's Aigner watches, ساعة اقنر نسائي, average 880 a month. In the UAE, "aigner watch" averages about 1,900 searches a month. These figures measure searches and say nothing about sales, but they explain why watch stock and timing deserve a check before the busy months.
