What the competition does to price

Ultra or standard
Two features justify the badge: the S Pen, and a 200MP main sensor. No other Android device combines them, and if either is why you're shopping, the premium holds up.
If neither is, the standard S25 shares the processor, the software support window and most of the camera experience for meaningfully less money. The Ultra is a bigger phone with two extra reasons to exist.
The lever most buyers ignore
Samsung's regional trade-in programme frequently offers credit exceeding the advertised discount, and it stacks with promotions. Very few people get their current handset valued before they start comparing prices, which is backwards — the trade-in figure changes which deal is actually cheapest.
