Returns on SHEIN in the Gulf
We checked SHEIN's Gulf return policy on 7 October 2026. It accepts returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- First return is free. The first return from each order costs nothing, whether it has one item or several.
- Later returns cost a fee. Each further return from the same order has a shipping fee taken from the refund: 20 SAR in Saudi Arabia and 10 AED in the UAE.
- Some items can't go back. Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, underwear, jewellery and beauty products are non-returnable, and so are cosmetics with a broken seal.
Since only the first return is free, decide what you're sending back and return it all in one go. Egypt has its own SHEIN return rules, so check them in the app before you order.
