The Saudi store menu, checked on 11 October 2026, splits the range into these sections:

There are also special offers and best-seller sections. The Saudi site banner on 11 October 2026 said every order comes with a free sample gift. A sample is a cheap way to test a scent before buying a full bottle, so ask for one in the scent family you are considering if the order form gives you a choice.
What you can and cannot return
This is the part that decides how you should buy. Both the Saudi delivery and returns page and the UAE exchange and return policy, checked 11 October 2026, give a 7-day window from the day you receive the order, and both exclude whole product types.

A returnable item also needs its product code or serial number intact and its packaging undamaged. If the order came with a free gift, the gift has to go back too, in its original packaging.
The practical rule: musk, dehn oud and bakhoor are final sales online. If you have not smelled the exact product before, visit a branch first. In the UAE, Savooh's store data lists branches at Dubai Mall, Deira City Centre, Wafi Mall and Mirdif City Centre.
How refunds come back
When a return is accepted, the form of the refund depends on how you paid:
- Card or Mada: back to your card only if processed within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, the refund becomes store credit.
- Cash on delivery: store credit, once the store has received and checked the item.
- Loyalty points: the points are not refunded. Only the cash part of the order comes back.
Some fees never come back at all: delivery fees, cash-on-delivery fees and gift-wrapping fees. You also pay the courier cost of sending the item back, and the store quotes it after you request the return. If you are ordering a gift for Eid or Saudi National Day, the holiday pause matters: order early enough that 5 working days still lands before the date. Delivery is door to door in most areas, but the policy says it may not be available in some remote areas or where the address is unclear, so include the building number, street and city.
If the parcel arrives damaged or wrong
Photograph the parcel and the damage as soon as it arrives, and keep the photos. For a missing or wrong item, photograph the shipment inside and out, plus the invoice. Then contact customer service on 920007173 in Saudi Arabia or 971564022212 in the UAE. After the store checks, it sends a replacement or the missing item with no shipping charge. Do not throw the damaged item away, because the policy says discarded items cannot be returned.
Paying less for what you keep
Code ADM87 takes an extra 5% off all products on the official stores in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait, for new and existing customers.
