Plain version first: Savooh checks a price and a coupon before you buy, it's free, it doesn't need an account, and it can't promise that a coupon code will still work by the time you reach checkout. The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully. Using the site means you're fine with it.
Who you're dealing with
Savooh is operated independently by its founder and is not yet incorporated as a company in any of the countries it covers. We'd rather write that here than print a company name that doesn't exist. If Savooh does incorporate, this section will name the entity and the date it changed.
What Savooh is
A free coupon and deals site for online stores across eight MENA markets, in Arabic and English. We publish codes, promotional links and offer details taken from retailers and from our own testing. We're not a shop: nothing is sold here, and no payment ever passes through Savooh.
No guarantee a code works
A retailer can kill a promotion mid-afternoon without telling anyone, and that happens often. We test codes before publishing and re-test afterwards, but we can't guarantee that a code, deal or price on Savooh is valid right now, and we're not responsible for what a third-party checkout does with it. If one has died, tell us and it comes down.
Affiliate links
Many outbound links here are affiliate links, meaning the retailer may pay us a commission on a purchase you make after clicking. It never costs you more, and it never affects what we list or how we rank it. Full detail in the affiliate disclosure.
Third-party sites
The moment you click through, you're on someone else's site under their terms and their privacy policy. Savooh isn't a party to that purchase and has no control over the retailer's pricing, stock, delivery, returns or customer service. Disputes about an order are between you and the store.
Acceptable use
Don't hammer the site with automated requests hard enough to degrade it for other people, don't try to work around rate limits or the verification system, and don't use Savooh to spread malware, fraudulent codes, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Normal reading, linking and sharing are all fine.
Our content
The words, guides, logo and design on Savooh belong to its operator or are licensed to us. Link to any page freely, that's the point of publishing. Republishing our guides or buying advice wholesale, in any language, needs permission first.
Limitation of liability
Savooh is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site or from a code failing to apply. Since we charge nothing for the service, any liability is capped at zero, which is also, honestly, all a free coupon site can offer.
Changes
These terms will change as the site does. Anything material shows up as a new date at the top of this page; we don't edit this page quietly.
Governing law and your rights
Savooh serves eight countries with eight different consumer-protection regimes, and nothing on this page removes a right you hold under the law where you live. Where a mandatory local rule conflicts with these terms, the local rule wins. A named governing law and forum will be added here once Savooh is incorporated.
